Ancient Literature Study On The Relationship Between Ear And Zang Fu Organs And Main And Collateral Channels

The relationship between the ear and the Zang Fu organs and Main and collateral channels is very important.Treatment of ear diseases involves syndrome differentiation of Zang Fu viscera and main and collateral channels,the accuracy of syndrome differentiation is directly related to the curative effect.In this paper,the methods of documentary and statistical analysis are adopted.The ancient literature on the relationship between the ear and the Zang Fu organs and Main and collateral channels and the treatment of the ear disease was reviewed and analyzed.The full text is divided into three parts.The first part,using the literature of traditional Chinese Medicine "distinguishing the academic chapter,examining the mirror source and course",systematically combing the understanding of the relationship between the ear and the Zang Fu organs and Main and collateral channels by the "Neijing" and the later generations of doctors,and collating the development of the theory.In the book of the "Neijing",the ear is the orifice of the kidney and the heart.It is related to many organs,such as kidney,liver and gallbladder,lung,heart,spleen and stomach,and has its clinical significance in physiology and pathology.As the "central meridian of the poly ear",and the twelve meridians,collaterals and meridians,meridians are directly or indirectly connected;ear can occur through the meridians and viscera contact.Later generations play a role on the basis of it,such as Liu Wansu put forward the treatment of the ear from the lung,Li Gao emphasizes the relationship between the ear and the spleen and stomach,Li Shizhen added Yang Weimai,Yang Qiaomai and ear vein,Wang Qingren also proposed ear brain related.The second part,screening of representative disease medical records,with"doctors’ medical case" and "continued medical case" as the starting point,analysis of doctors use clinical thoughts between ear and internal organs and meridians.The doctors point out that although the orifices have belongingness,they are interlinked.It should be based on dialectical diagnostic information to determine the location of the disease.The meridians of the viscera and the organs involved in the disease and the pathogenesis may be different from the treatment of the drugs.Then from two diseases,the tinnitus and pus ear,systematic study the medical record of ancient physicians treating tinnitus and pus ear,set up database,statistical analysis drug efficacy and tropism in the medical records,to further reveal the application rules of the relationship between the clinical ear and viscera.The results show that the most frequency of drugs is for spleen and stomach,suggesting that the clinical treatment should not neglect the treatment of spleen and stomach.The third part,from ancient acupuncture works,retrieves the record of acupuncture treatment of tinnitus and pus ears,and statistics the meridians and collaterals of the involved acupoints,so as to study the clinical application rule of the relationship between the ear and meridians.The results show that the acupuncture treatment of tinnitus is small intestine meridian of hand,foot Shaoyang meridians,triple energizer meridian and large intestine meridian,used mainly by the effects of acupoints heat,adjust the spirit.Acupuncture treatment of pusear is hand Shaoyang triple burner,stomach meridian,foot Shaoyang meridians,the effects of acupoints mainly to heat,adjust spleen and stomach.The results show the close relationship between the Yang Meridian and the ear,and also provide a reference for the clinical acupuncture treatment of the ear disease.Conclusion:ear and multiple organs and meridians are closely related,ear disease treatment should not be limited to a certain relationship of orifices,but should consider the relationship between the ear and the viscera and meridians,combined with syndrome differentiation,of prescription.Different ear diseases have their own characteristics,which are mainly influenced by the Zang Fu organs and channels and collaterals.There are also differences in drug use and acupoints.In clinical treatment of ear diseases,we should pay attention to the treatment of the spleen and stomach.
