| Purpose:To explore the standardized study of bean pressing therapy at auricular points for gastric ulcer pain.Material and method:90 patients who met the diagnosis and inclusion criteria were divided into study group 1,study group 2 and control group according to random number table method. All patients in the three groups were given the same routine basic treatment. The study group 1 used bean pressing therapy at auricular points to press once every 10 minutes 0.5 to 1 hour after meal. The study group 2 used bean pressing therapy at auricular points to press once every 10 minutes 1 to 1.5 hours after meal. The control group was treated with painkillers when necessary. All the three groups were treated for 4 weeks. Before and after treatment, patients were scored by MPQ(Mc Gill pain questionnaire),including VAS(Visual Analogue Scale)visual analog pain scoring method,PRI(Pain Rating Index)and PPI(Present Pain Intensity),were performed to evaluate the pain degree of patients. The data obtained were analyzed with SPSS26.0 software to analyze the differences and compare the clinical efficacy.Results:1.After statistical analysis, the gender, age, course of disease, total score of MPQ,VAS,PRI,and PPI scores of the three groups were all P>0.05 before treatment, with no significant difference and comparability.2.After intra-group comparison of MPQ of study group 1,study group 2 and control group, there were significant differences between study group 1,study group 2 and control group before and after treatment(P<0.01).The results showed that study group 1,study group 2 and control group were all effective in the treatment of gastric ulcer pain.3.By comparing the MPQ scores before and after treatment between the study group 1 and the control group,or the study group 2 and the control group, there was no statistically significant difference in the MPQ scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but a statistically significant difference existed after treatment(P<0.01).it is evidenced that both the study group and the control group were effective in treating gastric ulcer pain, and the former was significantly better than the latter.4.The study finally compared the MPQ before and after treatment between study group 1 and study group 2.There was no statistically significant difference in the MPQ between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but there was statistically significant difference after treatment(P<0.05).The results showed that both the study group 1 and the study group 2 were effective in treating the pain of patients with gastric ulcers, and the former was significantly more effective than the latter.5.During the study, for the patients in the study group 1,the study group 2 and the control group, the frequency of oral drug analgesia when necessary was counted and the rate was calculated. The results were that the rate of oral drug analgesia when necessary in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group.Conclusion:1.Both bean pressing therapy at auricular points and analgesic drug therapy when necessary are effective in treating gastric ulcer pain, and the former is significantly better than the latter.2.Applying bean pressing therapy at auricular points 0.5 to 1 hour after a meal and 1 to 1.5 hours after a meal are both effective in treating the pain degree of patients with gastric ulcer, and the former is significantly better than the latter.3.Bean pressing therapy at auricular points can treat the pain of gastric ulcer patients and reduce the number of times that patients take painkillers when necessary. |
