Study On The Prescription And Medicine Rules Of Classical Prescriptions And Contemporary Prescriptions In The Treatment Of Complications Or Adverse Reactions After Intervention Of Ovarian Cance

Purpose:This study of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of ovarian cancer by western medicine intervention complications and adverse reactions(ADR)literature collection,refining a clear effect of the prescription,analyze the characteristics,further summarize the syndrome and related drugs,summarize the clinical use and drug addition and subtraction,and use the method of network pharmacology for the treatment of ovarian cancer(OC)abdominal pain possible targets,pathway and utility mechanism of molecular exploration,in order to provide a comprehensive understanding and reference for clinical subsequent application.Material and method:1.Taking CNKI,Wanfang database and VIP data as the source,we searched "TCM and Traditional Chinese medicine/Traditional Chinese medicine/TCM/Fang/soup" as the key word.The search period was to build the database to 2022.06.Then,the retrieved literature was classified according to different intervention methods,the "complications after intervention and ADR database" was established,the effective prescriptions were extracted,and the categories and characteristics of prescriptions were summarized.2."After ovarian cancer intervention complications and ADR database" into the literature,on the basis of screening the mentioned or card and clear or drug literature,to extract to use information,using the Excel table to establish "ovarian cancer intervention or drug information database",statistics involving the drug frequency,drug classification and frequency,summarizes the drug,and drug,analysis after OC intervention complications and ADR or card prescription rule.3.Through TCMSP platform screening angelica peony powder of drug effective active ingredients and target prediction,using OMIM,Genecards,TTD database for OC and abdominal pain disease targets,using Cystoscap software to build compound-target-disease network,drug target protein and disease target protein,then by GO analysis,KEGG pathway enrichment analysis,explore the treatment of OC abdominal pain possible molecular mechanism.Results:1.Ovarian cancer intervention complications and adverse reactions have 18,involving 170 articles(sorted by number):gastrointestinal reaction 55,bone marrow suppression 50,29,ascites 2823,immune decline,neurotoxicity 12,cancer pain 12,liver damage 9,hair loss,intestinal obstruction 6,4,menopause symptoms,diarrhea 3,blood viscosity increase 3,muscle joint pain 2,postoperative incision infection pain 2,and cold sweat,chemotherapy caused by amenorrhea,constipation each 1.The common adverse reactions include digestive tract reaction,bone marrow suppression,fatigue,neurotoxic reaction,and decreased immune function.Literature of therapeutic gastrointestinal response,involving 3176 cases,with a response rate between 51.2%and 100%,using 6 prescriptions and 9 prescriptions.Treatment of myelosuppression literature,involving 2995 cases,among which 8 clear effective rate documents,the number of cases was 260,the effective rate was between 53.5%and 96.9%,using 5 prescriptions and 9 prescriptions.Literature of treatment weakness,involving 1708 cases,among which 4 cases were clearly effective between 73.2%and 85.0%.The remaining 25 articles mentioned significant improvement of Karnofsky score or physical strength after treatment.The number of cases was 1289,using 1 prescription and 11 prescription.In the treatment of neurotoxic response,involving 945 cases and 5 clear effective rate,the number of cases was 314,the effective rate was between 61.11%and 96.43%,the incidence of neurotoxic response in the other TCM group was lower than the control group or better than the control group(P<0.05),2 prescriptions and 1 prescription were used.In the literature of therapeutic immune function decline,involving 1706 cases,7 cases with 491 cases,the effective rate was between 71.1%and 92.5%.The remaining 12 cases mentioned that the regulatory T and lung.When numbness or normal occurrence occurs,the drug categories often selected are dispelling wind and dampness medicine,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis medicine,and the specific high-frequency drugs are mulberry branches,ox knee and papaya.The four gases are warm and plain;bitter and sweet;liver,kidney and spleen.In the event of diarrhea or natural syndrome,the often selected drug categories are astringent drugs and tonic deficiency drugs,and the specific high-frequency drugs are quixhiko and red stone fat.The gas distribution is mainly warm;the five flavors are drug categories often selected are qi drugs,deworming drugs,and the specific high-frequency drugs are wood fragrance,large abdominal skin,betel nut,etc.The distribution is mainly warm;spicy and bitter;spleen,stomach and large intestine.3.Pinellia pinellia-bamboo ru(frequency 5),Pinellia pinellia-tangerine peel(frequency 3),pinellia pinellia-ginger(frequency 3),three pairs of drugs often appear as nausea and vomiting or high-frequency drug pairs.Hawthorn-Divine Comedy(frequency 3)often appears as a high-frequency medicine for less food,and is often used with wetting kaempferol),MOL000358(beta-sitosterol β-sitosterol),MOL002135(Myricanone myriceone),and MOL000449(Stigmasterol myristerol C29H480).The signaling pathway plays anti-OC effects through IL-17 signaling pathway,MAPK signaling pathway,VE GF vascular endothelial growth factor signaling pathway,and PI3K-Akt signaling pathway.Conclusion:1.Guizhi,Astragalus,ginseng and rehmannia are the main treatments for ovarian cancer to promote blood circulation and promote qi.There are also some cases of these prescriptions,used in the treatment of digestive tract reaction,bone marrow suppression,ascites,cancer pain,decreased immune function,menopausal symptoms,increased blood viscosity,and constipation.Astragalus is used in neurotoxic reactions,liver and kidney damage,and alopecia to treat many weakness in
