Clinical Observation On Bushen Jianpi Shengsui Decoction Combined With IST In The Treatment Of Severe/very Severe Aplastic Anemia

Clinical observation of Bushen Jianpi Shengsui decoction combined with IST in the treatment of severe /severe severe aplastic anemiaObjective: to compare the total effective rate,TCM syndrome effect,complete blood,Th1,Th2,Th17,bone marrow biopsy,smear and toxic and side effects of Bushen Jianpi Shengsui decoction combined with IST regimen with that of IST regimen alone in the treatment of aplastic anemia.To clarify the advantages of Bushen Jianpi Shengsui decoction in treating severe and extremely severe aplastic anemia aplastic anemia,and to provide new methods and new ideas for integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine to treat them,to speed up the clinical application and promotion of traditional Chinese aplastic anemia therapy.Methods: from January 1 to December 31,2022,40 patients with severe or severe aplastic anemia were 2021 in the Department of Hematology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of traditional Chinese medicine and were treated with IST combined with Bushen Jianpi Shengsui decoction or IST alone,the patients were divided into exposed group and non-exposed group according to whether they took Chinese herbal medicine orally,and then divided into PALG or RATG treatment according to the source of IST,the effective rates of the two groups were compared,and the levels of complete blood count,Th1,Th2,Th17,therapeutic effects of TCM syndromes,bone marrow biopsy,smear and toxic and side effects were compared between the 3RD and 6 th months after treatment,s PSS25.0 was used for data analysis.Results: 1)the effect of Bushen Shengsui Jianpi decoction combined with IST was better than that of IST alone(p < 0.05).2)Bushen Shengsuijianpi decoction combined with IST can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of paleness,dizziness,fatigue,palpitation,shortness of breath,heart-heat of hands and feet,hot flashes,night sweats,thirst for drinking,yellow urine,cold limbs,little food and loose stool.3)Bushen Shengsui Jianpi decoction combined with IST can accelerate the production of hemoglobin and Reticulocyte count in bone marrow.4)Bushen Shengsui Jianpi decoction combined with IST can regulate Th1th2th17 Dynamic equilibrium.Conclusion: Bushen Jianpi Shengsui decoction has a significant therapeutic effect on aplastic anemia,and can effectively regulate T cell immune function.Its mechanism may be related to correcting the imbalance of Th cell subsets,thus promoting hematopoiesis of bone marrow.But the specific target of Bushen Jianpi Shengsui decoction needs further study.
