Observation On The Efficacy Of Bushen Huoxue Prescription In Treating Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome After Surgery For Severe Intrauterine Adhesio

Objective: The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Bushen Huoxue formula in the treatment of severe intrauterine adhesion syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,and to provide new ideas and new methods for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods: Sixty patients of childbearing age with severe syndrome of intrauterine adhesion with kidney deficiency and blood stasis were collected from the inpatient Department of Gynecology,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2022.The included 60 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in both groups received hysteroscopic intrauterine adhesion separation(TCRA)in our hospital 3 to 7 days after menstruation was cleared,and intraoperative intrauterine adhesion score was performed.After operation,the control group was given sequential treatment with estrone(estradiol valerate tablets +dydrogesterone tablets),and the treatment group was additionally treated with Bushen Huoxue prescription on the basis of this treatment for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles.The overall efficacy and safety of the patients were evaluated by recording the level of TCM symptom score,the changes of menstrual conditions,the measurement of endometrial thickness by color Doppler ultrasound,the change of uterine artery flow resistance index(RI),endometrial flow index(FI),the change of hysteroscopy score,and the change of serum IL-10 level.Results:1.Comparison of overall effective rate: after treatment,the effective rate of TCM clinical syndrome was 86.67% in the control group and 96.67% in the treatment group;After treatment,the overall effective rate was 86.67% in the control group and 96.67% in the treatment group.The comparison of curative effect between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.Comparison of TCM syndrome score and improvement of menstruation: After treatment,TCM syndrome score and menstruation score of the two groups were significantly decreased compared with that before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,and the treatment group had better effect(P<0.05).3.Comparison of endometrial thickness,uterine artery flow resistance index RI and endometrial blood flow index FI: After treatment,the endometrial thickness and endometrial blood flow index FI of the two groups were significantly increased compared with before treatment,and the treatment group was higher than the control group,and the effect of treatment group was better(P<0.05).After treatment,the uterine artery flow resistance index RI of the two groups was significantly decreased compared with that before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,and the treatment group had a better effect(P<0.05).4.Intrauterine adhesion score: After treatment,the intrauterine adhesion score of the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,and the treatment group had a better effect(P<0.05).5.Comparison of serum IL-10 level: After treatment,the serum IL-10 level of the two groups was significantly increased compared with that before treatment,and the treatment group was higher than the control group,and the treatment group had better effect(P<0.05).6.Safety: No serious side effects or obvious adverse reactions occurred in all patients during the test.Conclusion:1.Bushen Huoxue formula has significant curative effect on patients with syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis after severe intrauterine adhesions.It can effectively improve TCM syndromes and menstruation,increase endometrial thickness,improve uterine artery blood perfusion,and reduce intrauterine adhesions score.2.Bushen Huoxui formula can improve the serum IL-10 level of patients,regulate inflammatory response,improve microcirculation,promote endometrial growth,and prevent the recurrence of intrauterine adhesion.3.Bushen Huoxue formula has no obvious toxic side effects or adverse reactions in the treatment of patients with syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis after severe intrauterine adhesion surgery,and it is safe to use clinically.Compared with Western medicine alone after intrauterine adhesion separation surgery,it is worth further promotion and application clinically.
