Clinical Observation On The Efficacy Of Retention Enema Of Red Bean And Angelica Powder On Mixed Hemorrhoids After Surgery Due To Damp-heat Syndrom

Objective: This study discussed the clinical efficacy of Chixiaodou Angelica powder in the treatment of postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids by TCM retention enema,providing reference for the treatment of common complications after mixed hemorrhoids surgery.Methods: In this study,60 patients with damp-heat syndrome meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 30 patients in each group.Patients in both groups were given mixed hemorrhoids external stripping and internal ligation,and on the basis of the same conventional postoperative treatment,the experimental group was given retention enema with Chixiaodou Dangguisan formula after surgery,once a day,once a week as a course of treatment,while 30 patients in the control group were not given retention enema.The symptoms of pain,swelling and hematochezia were observed on the 3rd,5th and 8th day after the surgery,and the hypertrophy of anal papillae was recorded in the form of scores after reexamination 2 months later.SPSS26.0 software was used for statistical analysis to compare the data differences between the two groups and analyze the efficacy.Results: Among the 64 patients in this study,4 cases dropped out,abscission and termination during the course of treatment.Clinical studies showed that there were no significant differences in the general information of gender,age,course of disease and number of exfoliation between the two groups(P>0.05).On the 3rd day after surgery,there were no significant differences between the two groups in improving anal pain,hematochezia and anal collapse and distension(P>0.05).On the 5th and 8th day after surgery,there were significant differences in the improvement of anal pain,anal distension and hematochezia in experimental groups(P<0.05).Two months after surgery,the two groups of patients hypertrophy anal papilla hyperplasia,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the closing effect is better than the control group.Conclusion: Chixiaodou Angelica powder retention enema after mixed hemorrhoids surgery can improve postoperative anal pain,anal swelling,blood in stool,and reduce the incidence of postoperative anal papilla hyperplasia.
