Application Of Fuxie Theory In The Prevention And Treatment Of Chronic Atrophic Gastriti

Objective: By combing and analyzing the literature related to the theory of latent pathogenic diseases and chronic atrophic gastritis,the correlation between pathogenic diseases and chronic atrophic gastritis was discussed.Based on the theory of latent pathogenic diseases,the prevention and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis were guided,with a view to providing ideas for clinical prevention and treatment of the disease.Methods: This paper uses the literature research method to conduct research,searching and consulting the literature related to the descriptions of "Fu evil","Fu Qi",and "chronic atrophic gastritis","stomach ruffia" and "stomach pain";Collate,analyze and summarize the collected literature;The comprehensive analysis method is used to analyze and study the collected literatures.Results:(1)Pathogenic factors of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the scope of application of the theory of pathogenic pathogens extends from external febrile diseases to the range of difficult and complicated diseases of internal injuries.Modern doctors continue to deepen the clinical application of the theory of pathogenic pathogens,and the pathogenic sites of pathogenic pathogens can be expanded from a fixed place to all parts of the body.(2)Based on the modern medical understanding of chronic atrophic gastritis,it is proved that the occurrence and development,disease characteristics and clinical manifestations of chronic atrophic gastritis are consistent with the pathogenic characteristics of pathogenic pathogens.(3)The etiology and pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis are consistent with the pathogenic mechanism of latent evil.The deficiency of spleen and stomach is the basis of latent evil,and the latent dryness,latent blood stasis and latent poison are the important etiology of this disease.Conclusion: The disease of chronic atrophic gastritis belongs to pathogenic pathogen.Latent evil theory can be used to guide the prevention and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.In the stage before the onset of the disease,through the protection of stomach qi,regulating the constitution,smoothing the mood and so on,and the use of modern science and technology to assist early diagnosis,to achieve the purpose of prevention before the disease,cure the disease.In the stage of the onset of the disease,mainly to remove the evil,for different latent evil to take different treatment,in order to achieve the work of prevention,to prevent the disease to stomach cancer and other severe direction of change;In Chai later stage of the disease,through the dense dispel evil and even the vital qi,reach the purpose of raising in governance.
