| Purpose: Imbalance of gut microbiota plays an important role in the occurrence and development of slow transit constipation,and gut microbiota and its metabolites play a crucial role in the gut environment,colon motility,food digestion,and other aspects.The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between slow transit constipation(Qi deficiency type)and gut microbiota,and to explore the relevant mechanisms of core microbiota disorder in the course of slow transit constipation(Qi deficiency type).Method : From April 2021 to December 2022,60 patients with Qi deficiency type constipation were diagnosed and treated at the Outpatient Department and Pelvic Floor Disease Treatment Center of Liaoning Provincial Proctology Hospital.Fecal bacteria were tested,and symptoms such as defecation time,defecation intention,defecation characteristics,anal sagging sensation,difficulty in defecation,and incomplete defecation were scored and recorded in the group.Results : 60 patients completed the detection of intestinal flora and symptom score.Compared with the normal group,the number of bacterial colonies in the dysbacteriosis group was significantly different P.The abundance and diversity of flora in the normal group were better than those in the dysfunctional group.The symptoms related to constipation in the normal group were lighter than those in the disorder group.Conclusion:The abundance of flora in the dysfunctional group was significantly different from that in the normal group,and the abundance of some beneficial bacteria was significantly reduced.In the disorder group,the constipation symptoms were more serious,the defecation time became longer,there was no obvious sense of defecation intention,and ball stool was the main form.Some patients needed enema and other methods to assist defecation,and there was a clear sense of inexhaustible stool and falling feeling. |
