Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of The Recipe For Tonifying Kidney, Strengthening Spleen, Activating Blood Circulation And Promoting Water Excretion In The Treatment Of Edema In Primary Nephrotic Syndrom

Objective: This study observes the clinical efficacy of tonifying the kidney,strengthen the spleen,eliminate swelling and Lishui prescription in the treatment of patients with primary nephrotic syndrome edema.This study confirms the clinical effectiveness of tonifying the kidney,strengthen the spleen and anti-swelling and Lishui prescription in the treatment of patients with PNS edema,and improves more scientific diagnosis and treatment ideas for the clinical treatment of patients with PNS edema.Material and Method:From medical record system of nephrology ward Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,56 patients were hospitalized from September 1,2021 to September 1,2022,and were made up of PNS edema(spleen-kidney deficiency syndrome combined with blood stasis).On the basis of disparity of therapy method.31 samples in treatment group and 25 samples in control group.the treatment group was the patients with basic Western medicine therapy combined with Lishui decoction.The control group was the patients with basic Western medicine remedy,The course of treatment was 2 weeks.Record the general situation,degree of edema,Circumference of lower limbs,weight,daily urine volume,TCM syndrome points,24-hour urinary protein quantification,trace albumin in urine,urinary creatinineurinary,erythrocyte count,plasma albumin,detect safety indicators of the treatment process,use the SPSS26.0 database to analyze and calculate the collected data and evaluate the effect.Results:1.Analysis of improvement status of edema deg: Before and after treatment(P <0.05),both groups were effective.Compared with the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),the treatment group has a considerable advantage in improving the degree of edema.2.Comparison of circumference of lower limbs and weight as well as daily urine volume:Before and after treatment(P <0.05),both groups were effective.Compared between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),the United Water Prescription is more effective in improving the circumference of lower limbs and daily urine volume.The weight of the two groups was similar after treatment(P >0.05).3.Comparison of laboratory indicators: The two groups had statistical significance in the evaluation and comparison of syndrome scores of edema,lumbago,body lethargy,fatigue and skin nail fault(P<0.05),and the treatment group is preferable to the control group.The two groups had parallel curative effects in the comparison of the scores of syndrome of eating less and staying less and abdominal distension(P>0.05),.It showed that TCM decoction was preferable to control group in ameliorating a majority of clinical syndromes of TCM.4.Analysis of the total curative curativeness of TCM syndrome: the total response rate: 87%in the treatment group and 72% in another,which proved that TCM treatment was more effective than Western treatment.5.Improvement analysis of laboratory indicators:24h urinary protein,plasma albumin,urinary microalbumin and urinary red blood cell count were compared in the two groups(P<0.05).The comparison of improved 24 h urine protein,Urine microalbumin and urine creatinineand as well as urine red blood cell count between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),which proved that the combined Lishui Fang group had better efficacy.There was no considerable disparity in the betterment of plasma albumin(P>0.05).6.Curative effect of edema: in the treatment group,5 cases were cured,23 cases were improved,3 cases were invalidity,the total effective rate was 90.3%;In the control group,1cases were healed,17 cases were ameliorated,7 cases were without effect,and the total effective rate was 72%.At the same time,P <0.05 between the two groups proved that the efficacy of the Chinese medicine treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: PNS edema is the symptom of primary deficiency and deficiency,kidney impotence and blood condition,and water inundating.which should be cured with the same remedy of spleen and kidney,in the meantime,faciliting blood cycle and eliminating blood stasis.TCM treatment has great advantages.The integration between conventional treatment of United Water Prescription and Western Medicine can effectively make a dent in the quality of life of patients as well as control clinical indicators,The collaboration of TCM and Western medicine is a principle option for clinical plan.
