ObjectiveTo observe the anti-hormone therapy has been Astragalus Decoction children with idiopathic nephrotic syndrome. Comparison of two methods different in nature, aimed at the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome in children, provide a more rational and more effective clinical basis and treatment.MethodSelect in Wuhan Children's Hospital Division of Nephrology, and TCM in January 2008-2,009 year in June hospitalized children in a total of 70 cases, all cases are sensitive to hormone therapy who was diagnosed with nephrotic syndrome starter, and nearly 2 weeks without receiving hormone therapy in children. The 70 cases of sick children were randomly divided into two groups, namely:the observation group and control group, the candidates were aged 2 to 15 years old, with an average (6.3±3.3) years of age. All patients admitted to hospital by randomly divided into two groups (Chinese and Western medicine group) 35 cases, male 19 cases, female 16 cases; aged "two years in 2 cases,2 to 7 years old in 27 cases, " 7-year-old,6; the control group (WM group) 35 cases, male 25, female 10 cases; aged "two years in 3 cases,2 to 7 years old in 26 cases," 7-year-old,6; Two groups of children in age, gender, disease duration, initial serum albumin, etc. Comparing the two sets of general information and case no significant difference between comparable.
