Research On Service Improvement Of Urban Medical Alliance In H District, C Cit

Since 2009,China’s healthcare reform policy has been continuously exploring and implementing graded treatment.the outline of the national health and medical service system plan for 2015-2020 emphasises that localities are encouraged to actively explore various forms of medical service alliances and telemedicine in order to improve the quality of medical services and achieve health for all.With the initial success of the construction of medical alliances and the rapid development of internet technology,exploring strategies for improving healthcare services based on synergy effects has become the next step in order to further improve the quality and efficiency of healthcare services and provide patients with better quality healthcare services.Based on the local population and the supply of medical services,District H in City C has signed an agreement with the local tertiary general hospital on a "regional medical services alliance" led by the administration,and the two sides have carried out in-depth cooperation in two-way referral,talent training and medical services,exploring the in-depth urban medical alliance cooperation model of "government,people,medicine and network",which has not only broadened the scope of cooperation,but also greatly improved the service level of primary This model has been highly recognized by the national,provincial and municipal health and family planning commissions.This paper firstly summarises the current situation of domestic and international research and the relevant operation models through literature research;secondly,using questionnaires and interviews,we conducted research and interviews with the personnel involved in the work of the alliance at both the upper and lower levels of medical institutions within the medical alliance;finally,we conducted research on the awareness and satisfaction of the residents in the area served by the medical alliance.Through the analysis of the research results and the summarization of the interview results,it was found that the cooperation within the medical alliance was effective,but there were still problems such as low awareness,poor information flow between different sections and levels,difficulties in transferring patients and insufficient efforts in disease continuity management.In view of the above problems,and taking into account the advantages of the development of Internet information technology,the following suggestions are put forward for improvement:(1)improve the construction of information technology,and build an integrated service platform for the alliance with the support of data sharing;(2)optimize the collaborative service pathway,improve the sharing of patient consultation information within the medical alliance on the basis of data sharing,and smooth the referral pathway;(3)strengthen online and offline training,teaching,case discussion,and remote(3)strengthen the expansion of online and offline training,teaching,case discussion and remote treatment models to improve the professional and technical level of grassroots medical personnel;(4)establish a sound information security management system.On the basis of the existing operation,we will continue to give full play to the advantages and improve the problems,give full play to the role of Internet information technology,use "Internet+" thinking to improve the operational efficiency of the medical association,so that more patients can enjoy more high-quality and convenient medical services,and at the same time,make the Internet+ medical association model achieve a healthy and sustainable development in a market-oriented operating environment.
