Research On The Supervision Of Medical Insurance Funds In District C Of Chongqin

Medical insurance fund is the "medical money" and "life-saving money" of ordinary people,and the lifeline of medical insurance.The safety of medical insurance funds actually involves the vital interests of the masses.At present,China’s medical insurance cause is booming.While striving to make the whole people enjoy higher quality,fairer and more convenient medical insurance,fraudulent insurance fraud is constantly emerging.Facing the new situation and new situation,the National Medical Insurance Bureau has issued a medical insurance fund supervision policy,vigorously carried out special rectification actions to crack down on fraudulent insurance fraud,and it is a development trend to innovate and optimize fund supervision.How to innovate the supervision mode and optimize the supervision system are the important content of strengthening the supervision and maintaining the safety of medical insurance fund.The supervision of medical insurance fund of C District of Chongqing City had been choosen for the research object.Based on the information asymmetry theory,risk management theory and stakeholder theory,this paper analyzed the supervision mode,content and effect by explaining the supervision of medical insurance fund in C District of Chongqing City.The problems of the supervision of medical insurance fund were mainly existed in the supervision subject,supervision authority,supervision behavior,supervision object,etc.Their reasons were that the legal system of medical insurance fund supervision need to be improved,the supervision resources of medical insurance fund were insufficient,and the supervision efficiency of medical insurance fund was low.The experience of Xuzhou and Tianjin had been used for reference,such as building a supervision system,innovating supervision methods and cultivating talent teams.Finally,in order to improve the supervision ability of medical insurance fund,this paper had been put forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as optimizing the allocation of medical insurance supervision resources,improving the concept of medical insurance supervision,building a diversified system of medical insurance fund supervision,and innovating the supervision mode of medical insurance fund.
