Research On The Design Of Community-oriented Stroke Health Management Service System AP

The 21 st century is an age of global population aging.In 2022,the number of stroke patients over 40 years old has reached more than 12 million,with an annual growth rate of 8.7%.Stroke patients tend to be younger,with high incidence,disability,death and recurrence,etc.,which brings pressure to families and burdens to society.How to promote patients to recover and return to society as soon as possible is a topic worth studying and discussing.Based on the needs of stroke patients in stroke rehabilitation,health management and life care,this paper summarizes the research methods of this subject,puts forward the design strategy of community stroke health management service,defines the framework of stroke health management service system,and designs for the mobile end and management end of the system.Finally,an effective program of community stroke health management is proposed.In this paper,the design and research of stroke health management service system can be summarized into the following four aspects: First,the service design,health management and health management cases are summarized and analyzed,as the theoretical basis of the research.The existing rehabilitation products and service modes were analyzed,the existing problems were found,the service design thinking was introduced into the community stroke health management service system,the community oriented stroke health management service design methods were summarized and the theoretical framework was built.Secondly,empirical research on stakeholders is conducted through observation,interview and questionnaire to obtain relevant demands,and KJ method is used to classify demand points.The Kano model is adopted to prioritize the requirements and clarify the focus and direction of the design.Thirdly,based on the analysis of five elements of community stroke health management service,the design strategy of community oriented stroke health management service system is proposed.Finally,based on the relevant theories and research methods of service design and health management,combined with the common needs of users,the design strategy is proposed to construct the functional framework of the community stroke health management service system,define the functional modules,output the solutions of the mobile terminal and the management terminal,and conduct the design evaluation through the method of operation scoring of some task points and scoring of AQS satisfaction scale.Verify the feasibility of the scheme.Stroke health management service system is implemented with mobile terminal and management terminal APPlication software as the carrier,effectively meet the needs of stroke patients related to rehabilitation,health management,daily life nursing and other aspects,and provide reference for researchers and practitioners engaged in related theories of stroke patients’ health management.
