The Research On Industrialization Of Yao Ethnic Group’s Medical Bath In Guizhou

"Yao Bath" is a health-care method which helps people prevent diseases,cure diseases,and keep fit.It is made up of the prescription of various plants,cooked and dropped into the cedar bucket,where people sit and bathe in the warm liquid,letting the liquid penetrate all the viscera and organs,soothing the frazzled nerves to relieve rheumatism,promote blood circulation for removing blood stasis and help the skin expel sweat and toxins.It is a wonderful work of Chinese ethnic culture."Bathing medicine ",used instead of "taking medicine",is one of the oldest ethnic health care SPA."Yao medicine,medicinal bath therapy" was included in the National Intangible Cultural Heritage List in 2008.However,the Yao ethnic group does not have their own ethnic characters.Medicine culture of Yao ethnic group is handed down from generation to generation by means of oral instruction,with the danger of dying out.Guizhou is the original place of "Yao Bath",which has a history of 500 hundred years,but the cause of industrialization is quite slow.Therefore the research on the traditional medicine culture of Guizhou "Yao bath" is to inherit and broadcast the national intangible cultural heritage.Deep excavation and research on its products and industrialization conform better to the policy of "encourage and support the non-material cultural heritage,develop cultural products with local,ethnic and market potential characteristics".Through practice and discussion on Guizhou "Yao bath" industrialization research,this paper will effectively inherit and develop Guizhou "Yao bath" medicine culture heritage,and explore a new way for Guizhou ethnic medicine.This paper will be launched from three general direction:first,through the research on the characteristics,the similarities and differences between traditional medicine and Yao medicine,clarify that Yao medicine has its own unique health care system,which is an important branch of traditional Chinese medicine;second,explore the history,current situation,characteristics,the development status and existing problems of Guizhou Yao bath in order to show the importance and necessity of Guizhou "Yao bath" industrialization;finally,conclude the market demands and existing problems of Guizhou Yao bath industrialization,the research progress and research results on the "Yao bath"industrialization in the author’s company.From the points of its technology and economy,conclude that "Yao bath"industrialization in Guizhou is feasible and imperative.
