Anti Japanese Assassination Activities Of Korean People In China In Modern Times(1905-1945)

Assassination is one of the important means of the Korean anti-Japanese independence movement and occupies an important position in the history of the Korean independence movement.To a certain extent,the assassination is also a matter of public opinion,which has attracted the attention and sympathy of various countries.The assassination of Koreans in China has been helped by people from all walks of life in China.In addition,the assassination of the Koreans is the helpless resistance of the weak,and it is a transitional phenomenon before the establishment of the Korean independent armed forces.The text of this article is divided into three parts:The first part: Focused on pre-1919 assassinations.In 1905,Japan actually occupied Korea through the "Ottosi Treaty",which caused the Koreans to resist in various forms.All of them failed.They resisted the Japanese colonial rule by means of personal assassination,represented by the assassination of Ito Hirobumi by Ahn Chung-geun.There have been different responses at home and abroad.The second part: Focuses on the assassination campaign from 1919 to 1931.The failure of the Paris Peace Conference diplomacy and the sudden death of Gojong shattered the Koreans’ desire to seek independence through diplomatic means.Under the influence of anarchist ideology and the support of the Provisional Government,the Korean assassination group represented by the Boxers It has been widely established,and the assassination activities have developed rapidly.The more influential ones are the Xinguan Wharf Assassination and the Park Rongwan’s murder,which have aroused China’s attention and sympathy.The third part: Focuses on the assassination activities from 1931 to the end of the Anti-Japanese War.After the "September 18" Incident,the ethnic conflict between China and Japan intensified.At the same time,the Patriotic Corps led by Jin Jiu successfully carried out the Hongkou Park bombing,which gave Chinese and foreigners a new understanding of the Korean assassination activities.Since then,China has begun to publicly aid the Korean independence movement,and the Koreans have gradually abandoned the assassination method and turned to the construction of armed forces.The assassination of Koreans in China made an important contribution to the Korean independence movement.Studying the anti-Japanese assassination of Koreans in China in modern times can not only improve the research on the Korean independence movement,but also promote the development of friendly relations between China and South Korea.
