| Through the investigation of the classroom management of the online Confucius Institute at Ain Shams University,the management methods of online Chinese classroom teachers and the learning methods of students are studied,so as to find out the problems existing in the management of online Chinese classrooms,and explore methods to assist Chinese classroom management.and make targeted recommendations.The research first puts forward four hypotheses.First,classroom management is related to teachers’ teaching and management level.Second,classroom management is related to students’ self-learning ability.Third,classroom management is related to the use of network technology.Fourth,classroom management is related to the relationship between teachers and students.Based on the problems and learning needs of the students who were interviewed hypothetically,a five-point questionnaire was made to investigate whether the students at the Confucius Institute at the University of AI agree with the statements of the interviewed students.After the survey,the chi-square test of SPSS was used to analyze whether each statement was significant.In terms of teacher questionnaires,the methods and methods of teachers’ management of students were investigated,and interviews were conducted with teachers to summarize online classroom management methods and existing problems.Finally,according to the results of the survey,targeted suggestions are put forward from the perspectives of teachers,students and the Confucius Institute.And demonstrate how to use network technology resources in the classroom to improve the quality of classroom management.Through the questionnaire survey,this paper finds that the shortcomings in teaching are: less practice and less questions in the classroom;the classroom is static and lacks interaction.Students are fatigued in study and their attention is reduced;there is great difficulty in self-study grammar;self-supervision and summary ability needs to be improved.Insufficient ability of teachers to use network resources and technology;unclear explanation and difficulty;lack of communication between teachers and students.The Confucius Institute lacks online teaching training;does not pay enough attention to teaching feedback.Through classroom observation,it is found that the teaching content in the classroom is mostly book content and exercises,and the utilization of network resources needs to be improved.In addition,teachers need to pay attention to classroom attendance and remind students to concentrate on class.Increase the interaction time between students and students and the teaching content.Vocabulary teaching time accounts for the longest time in the classroom,so it is necessary to arrange the teaching time reasonably.In vocabulary teaching,it is necessary to pay attention to the teaching of Chinese characters.In terms of grammar teaching,it is necessary to improve teachers’ PPT production technology and the design of teaching activities.Text teaching needs to let students speak their own language,not just focus on text comprehension and memory.At the end of the study,three suggestions are put forward.Teachers should update their teaching methods and explore Chinese network resources and software technologies.Students should adjust their learning styles and improve their self-management skills.Confucius Institutes need to focus on teaching feedback and increase online learning and training.This will improve the quality of online teaching at the Confucius Institute at Ain Shams University. |
