In the middle Tang Dynasty,people’s lives were poor,politics was dark,society suffered heavy losses,scholars were inevitably impacted by the tide of the times,and gradually formed a utilitarian and pragmatic mentality.In the prosperous Tang Dynasty,the publicity and broad vision gradually narrowed to the secular world and daily life.Scholars’ attention to daily life gradually increased,so a large number of literary creations on the theme of daily life were born,and the pragmatic life mentality was reflected in literature,So that literature also presents a "realistic" side.As a representative literati in the middle Tang Dynasty,Yuan Zhen’s creation naturally presents the overall trend of the times.Based on this background,this paper is based on investigating the creation of the theme of Yuan Zhen’s daily life,analyzing the interactive relationship between Yuan Zhen’s daily life and literary creation,exploring and summarizing the poet’s life mentality,and trying to explore the universal characteristics of the relationship between Yuan Zhen’s daily life and literary creation in the middle Tang Dynasty.This paper will be divided into the following three parts:The first chapter combs the description and reflection of daily life in Yuan Zhen’s poetry and prose works.First of all,investigate the economic conditions of Yuanzhen,sort out and summarize the basic necessities of life in different periods of Yuanzhen,and restore the living conditions of Yuanzhen when it was poor and common.Secondly,it investigates Yuan Zhen’s public life,which is divided into social life and official life,and investigates Yuan Zhen’s social life,daily activities and life details in official life.Finally,it investigates Yuan Zhen’s cultural life and analyzes Yuan Zhen’s interests and hobbies in his private life.This chapter tries to explore the nuances of Yuan Zhen’s daily life through the study of Yuan Zhen’s daily life creation.At the same time,it plans to build Yuan Zhen’s image from three dimensions of ordinary people,scholars and literati based on material life,official life and cultural life,so as to restore and enrich the image of the poet.The second chapter analyzes the influence of Yuan Zhen’s daily life on literary creation,and summarizes the commonness of the influence of Yuan Zhen’s daily life on the literary creation of literati in the middle Tang Dynasty.Through the analysis of Yuan Zhen’s poetry,prose and legend creation,this paper investigates the specific impact of daily life on Yuan Zhen’s literary creation,and establishes the relationship between daily life and Yuan Zhen’s literary creation.After combing,it can be found that Yuan Zhen’s daily life creation has affected his style selection tendency and the innovation of poetry content.In addition,daily life also has a certain impact on his poetry preface,poetry self annotation and legend writing.Then it combs the creative characteristics of the middle Tang Dynasty that are different from those of the previous generation,and finds that poetry,as an important part of the daily life of the literati in the middle Tang Dynasty,its characteristics and changes can be mainly divided into the social and game functions of poetry creation,which makes poetry a tool for entertainment and rejuvenation.Not only that,the literati’s unique aesthetic view of the common things of life also makes the poetry creation show the tendency of aestheticization of daily life.Summarize Yuan Zhen’s outlook on life in his creation of daily life theme,and see the big from the small,and explore the general life mentality of scholars in the middle Tang Dynasty,as well as the differences of scholars’ Outlook on making friends in the middle Tang Dynasty under the change of material life.Through the analysis of Yuan Zhen’s daily life theme creation,taking the material life such as clothing,food,housing and transportation,daily public life and daily cultural life divided in the first chapter as the benchmark,this paper discusses Yuan Zhen’s attitude towards life in three categories:wealth view,public-private view and making friends view,and summarizes Yuan Zhen’s objective attitude towards wealth and his position of "morally rich and noble people",Yuan Zhen’s prudence and rationality in choosing friends and the contradiction he faces in balancing public and private life.In addition,represented by Yuan Zhen,it combs the universality of the life mentality of the literati in the middle Tang Dynasty,and analyzes the changes in the life mentality of the literati in the prosperous middle Tang Dynasty caused by the changes in material life.
