With the ending of the ‘Ten Golden Years’,the cost of the young learners’ English training industry rises harshly.The rat race of human resources among different companies makes the situation even worse.As a consequence,all the companies are facing a huge restriction.Meanwhile,the New Policy,‘Shuang Jian’ policy,brings changes to the whole education companies.The education companies are facing challenges about the expected development direction,products and the custom experience.However,all the challenges are based on ‘people’,which means the talents competition is the core competitiveness.For the Children’s growth center,teaching group is the key in a language training company.Therefore,teacher training plays a crucial role in improving the competitiveness of a training company,which is also the essence and core of the company.With the new structure and ever-increasing pressure are growing in the training industry,the quality-oriented education training companies are facing the unprecedented challenges of appointing and cultivating talents.By facing the challenge of online education,the training companies would have more requirements with the reformation and supervision from the government.The current training system will not be able to contribute to the company operation and transformation and the high-level academic team building.In order to solve the mismatching between the demands of industry and the individual development,this thesis will find out the relationship between the training system and the industry development,by creating a competency model of teachers,which is based on the teacher training system of Langmingshuo Education Group.There are six parts in this thesis,which is background analyzing,theoretical framework,system diagnosing,Strategies formatting,implementation guarantee and results expectation.The author will use the questionnaires and interview to discuss the situation about the teacher training system and to realize the background knowledge by analyzing the training system of Langmingshuo Education Group and the domestic and overseas literature reviews.By aiming to improve the core competence of the company,this study would analyze the problems in course system,evaluation system,knowledge system,supporting measure and would achieve an optimization idea about training procedure in needs analyzing,plan making,course developing,training implementing and training evaluating.By solving the potential problems in training system,the author wants to establish a training institution with management system,build a team which could advocate in learning and provide a strong supporting in training.The optimizing project will provide the training system with a more accurate analysis of company training requirements,more reasonable training plan and more valuable effectiveness evaluation.Meanwhile,this thesis has already applied in Langmingshuo Education Group,which is effective in teachers’ cultivation in transformation period.With the constant upgrade of this project in training arrangement,it will help the company by increasing the core competence.Also,this project can benefits the company in transformation and development at a top speed.Non-government education plays an important role in the national education system.Quality-oriented Education is the eternal theme of education system.Hence,it is valuable and meaningful to improve the running standard and to cultivate the high-level teachers in non-government education system.
