Research On The Opitimization Training System For Trainers In A Company Based On ISD Model

With the introduction of the national " double reduction " policy,many large-scale primary and secondary education and training institutions across the country shut down the subject training business,and the company announced its transformation.In the industry reshuffle,non-disciplinary training ushered in development opportunities.A large number of small and medium-sized training companies have emerged to compete in the non-disciplinary education and training market for primary and secondary schools.As the core competitiveness of training companies,training teachers have become one of the key factors for training companies to obtain market recognition and solve the problems of enterprise survival and development.Based on this background,this paper takes the author ’s A Youth Language and Art Training Company as an example(hereinafter referred to as Company A),optimizes the trainer training system of Company A based on the ISD model,organizes and carries out effective trainer training activities,so as to improve the comprehensive ability of trainers,and then enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,and provide reference for similar training companies.This paper studies the optimization of A company ’s trainer training system based on ISD model through the following aspects : Firstly,the relevant concepts and theories are sorted out.Based on the theory of teaching system design(hereinafter referred to as ISD)and training related theories,the theoretical scientificity of the optimization process and results is ensured.Secondly,taking the questionnaire survey method and the interview method,taking A company trainers as the research sample,the training status is investigated in detail.Through the analysis of the collected data and interview results,the existing training management problems and causes of A company ’s trainer training are summarized,which provides a solid foundation for the optimization of the follow-up training system and promotes the effectiveness of the implementation of the training system.Thirdly,according to the strategic development goals and actual situation of A company,the ISD theory and training theory are applied in practice,and the optimization of A company ’s trainer training system based on ISD model is preliminarily completed,and further revised and improved in practical work.By optimizing the training system of A company based on ISD model,the training work of A company can be carried out more orderly and effectively under the guidance of scientific model,and the professionalism and scientificity of training work can be improved.At the same time,through the implementation of the ISD model training system,the original trainer ’s teaching level is further improved,and the comprehensive ability and quality are continuously enhanced.It can also enable new trainers to enter the teaching role faster and gradually grow.The improvement of trainers ’ ability can be directly reflected in teaching activities and enterprise development.The improvement of students ’ learning effect,the improvement of parents ’satisfaction,the improvement of renewal rate and innovation rate will promote the healthy operation and development of A company.The trainer training system of Company A based on ISD model has certain industry connectivity,which can provide certain guiding significance and reference for the construction and optimization of training system of similar small and medium-sized training companies,so as to jointly promote the improvement of professional quality of trainers in the industry,build the core competitiveness of training companies,ensure the quality of training services,standardize management,solve the dilemma of survival and development of the company,and promote the healthy and orderly development of the industry.
