A Study Of Narrative Perspective In Historical And Cultural Documentaries

Historical and cultural documentaries can record and reflect the economic,cultural and social development processes of different ethnic groups under the background of different eras.Historical and cultural documentaries sort out historical documents and materials in the form of video historiography,and well preserve the historical and cultural heritage of the country and the nation.Traditional historical and cultural documentaries are mostly large-scale long-form documentaries shot by TV stations,mainly based on commentary and narration to tell historical facts.In recent years,the rise of short videos and micro-documentaries has made historical and cultural documentaries need to encounter bottlenecks in the creation,and now in order to break through this dilemma,it is necessary to tell the past history through different narrative perspectives,so that historical and cultural documentaries can attract more audiences while clarifying the historical context and telling the background of cultural heritage.The text of this article is divided into four parts.Firstly,the research background and significance of this topic are expounded in the introduction part,and the feasibility of the topic selection is analyzed according to the literature review,and the graduation work is summarized.Secondly,the full paper is divided into three chapters to discuss the research on narrative perspective in historical and cultural documentaries: the first chapter theoretically sorts out the origin and development of historical and cultural documentaries and narrative perspective theory;The second chapter analyzes the use of narrative perspective in historical and cultural documentaries from different perspectives,respectively,from the all-knowing perspective,the limited knowledge perspective,and the combination of omniscient perspective and limited knowledge perspective.The third chapter explores the transformation of narrative perspective in historical and cultural documentaries,analyzes the influence of the flow of narrative perspective on the creation of historical and cultural documentaries based on the fluidity of narrative perspective,and explores the transformation of narrative perspective in historical and cultural documentaries.The fluidity of the narrative perspective is achieved through transformation,in the narrative process,based on the third-person omniscient perspective,while switching the third-person omniscient perspective with the first-person limited knowledge perspective,the second-person limited knowledge perspective and the third-person limited knowledge perspective from the three different perspectives of the old man,the old Buddha and the old dog.
