Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Public Cultural Service Supply In Jixi Cit

With the rapid development of social economy,the material civilization of human society has been enriched,and people’s demands and expectations for spiritual culture have been developing towards a higher level and more diversified direction.With the Party and the government attaching more importance to "cultural power" and "cultural confidence" and the continuous deepening of construction of our public cultural service system,it has become increasingly important and urgent to scientifically allocate and improve the quality of public cultural service supply.Due to the author’s practical work,the research area of this article is in Jixi City,Heilongjiang Province,with issues related to the supply of public cultural services as the research object,mainly focusing on the public cultural supply within the city,taking various cultural facilities in Jixi City as a case study of the supply of cultural services,using questionnaires,field interviews and other methods to understand the current situation of the supply of public cultural services within the region.Based on the demand analysis of public satisfaction as the evaluation standard,from the perspective of government management and from the three participants of the government,the market and the social organization,the correct approach to improve the standardization and equalization of basic public cultural services within the region is explored,so as to ensure that citizens can equally enjoy the achievements of public cultural development and participate in public cultural management activities.To promote the construction of "strong culture city" and Jixi region economy plays a driving role.
