Research On Interaction Design Of Medical Applets Based On Design Psychology

With the gradual expansion of WeChatAPP with a large number of users and good traffic foundation,We Chat small programs have become the most convenient mobile platform for users at present.Under the development trend of the mobile Internet,online medical service,as an important part of the Internet medical service,provides effective diagnosis and treatment channels for patients under special circumstances,provides a cross-boundary service platform for hospital outpatient services,and plays an important role in people’s disease prevention,treatment and health management.Based on the research of the current situation and trend of the development of WeChatAPPlet ecosystem and the particularity of medical industry,this paper summarizes some problems in the discovery of user factors,cognitive factors and emotional factors of medical mobile terminal programs as follows: 1.Most medical APPlets are not user-centered,and the interface information is not readable.2.Most of the small medical procedures have many functions,but lack clear project positioning,repeated contents,no distinction between primary and secondary functions,and a single functional route map(patient-platform).3.In terms of assistance,error correction and prevention,there is a lack of consideration for the target user group,and most of them use a single manual input method and lack of experiential interaction.4.Users are emotionally lacking in a sense of trust and security in the process of use,the mechanism for preventing the leakage of private information is not perfect,and the user experience in the process of medical treatment cannot obtain behavioral and psychological security and trust.In view of the above problems,we introduced the theory of design psychology,started with the APPlication of design psychology in interaction design,analyzed the interaction factors of small program design: characteristics of different users,differences of interaction behavior,constraints of cognitive psychology and emotional feedback,and adopted the methods of field survey,user interview and pre-survey of questionnaire to conduct a systematic study on the use of medical APPlets by users,selected four interaction design methods based on design process dimension,design factor dimension,research paradigm(quantity-qualitative)and event(divergence-focused),and proposed the interaction design principles and design process of medical APPlets.Finally,according to the design principles and methods to solve the problems of users in the medical APPlet,the design of "Hua Tuo" WeChatAPPlet is determined to meet the needs of users.To sum up,this project is to analyze and summarize the problems existing in the interaction design of medical APPlet,and combine it with the theory of design psychology to explore a way to improve the usability and experience of medical APPlet products in front of patients,so that users can obtain more security and trust in the process of medical treatment.The research of this project is of great significance and can provide reference for the APPlication,development and design of pharmaceutical products.
