Research On The Shortage Of Farm Tools And Countermeasures In Anti-japanese Base Areas In North China

Before the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese War,farmers in North China used most of the traditional agricultural tools handed down from ancient times,which almost covered the whole process of agricultural production according to their types and functions.Since the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese War,the enemy has imposed blockade,embargo and clearance on the anti-Japanese base areas in North China.The iron needed for the manufacture of farm tools has been strictly controlled by the enemy,which makes it difficult for them to flow into the base areas.A large number of farm tools have been destroyed by the enemy and thus cannot be used normally.It seriously affected the development of agricultural production in the antiJapanese base areas in North China.Since the Communist Party of China established the base power behind enemy lines,the shortage of farm tools has aroused the Party and the anti-Japanese base government’s great concern.The governments of the border areas in the anti-Japanese base areas in North China responded actively to the call of the Party to solve the problem of shortage of agricultural tools from three aspects:financial resources,material resources and manpower.First,the border governments help poor farmers buy farm tools by issuing special loans.Secondly,set up farm tools factory and restore and build blacksmith furnace,manufacture and improve a large number of farm tools,solve part of the problem of lack of farm tools;Finally,the labor force and farm tools in the border area should be organized to form mutual aid groups and farming teams,and the agricultural production efficiency should be improved through organized deployment.In addition to the addition of farm tools,the governments of the border regions issued the Regulations on Science and Technology Incentives to mobilize the people in the base areas to actively improve the tools of production,stimulating the enthusiasm of the army and the people in the base areas to improve farm tools.Subsequently,a batch of light and labor-saving farm tools with the wisdom of the people were born in the hands of the people in the border area and gradually applied to the agricultural production in the border area,which not only improved the efficiency of agricultural production,but also reduced the labor burden of the farmers in the border area.The Communist Party of China paid attention to solving the problem of lack of agricultural tools in the anti-Japanese base areas in North China,which not only improved the agricultural productivity in the base areas,but also promoted the development of agricultural production in the base areas.The various policies implemented by the government of the antiJapanese base areas in North China in the border areas stimulated the enthusiasm of the people for production,strengthened the relationship between the Party and the people,improved the lives of the people in the anti-Japanese base areas,warmed the hearts of the people in the antiJapanese base areas,and laid a solid foundation for the Party to win the support of the people in the anti-Japanese base areas so as to better lead the cause of the Anti-Japanese War.Up to now,the Party in the anti-Japanese base areas to supplement and improve the implementation of various policies for the development of agricultural technology and improve production in the new era is still a strong reference and reference significance.
