In the 21 st century,education informatization has been fully rolled out.Blended learning uses information technology to optimize traditional teaching.On the basis of the reform teaching concept,blended learning breaks the limitation of time and space and increases students’ learning ways,which is conducive to the cultivation of students’ autonomous learning and exploration ability,and finally achieves the purpose of improving teaching efficiency and teaching quality.In junior high school,listening and speaking are the weakest part of Chinese students’ learning.Due to the influence of traditional English teaching methods and evaluation scores,oral English have not been paid much attention in the cultivation of language ability.Due to the limited class hours,teachers spend most of their time on grammar practice and reading training with more scores.In addition,listening and speaking teaching lacks a real language environment,as well as different levels of language ability of Chinese students,It is impossible to achieve timely,effective and comprehensive training,so it leads to the existence of a large number of "dumb English".This paper finds the problem of listening and speaking teaching in teaching practice,and analyzes the domestic and foreign research on this problem by referring to literature.On the basis of literature research,questionnaire was compiled,and related teaching problems were investigated and analyzed.In view of the problem,based on the theory of“Production-Oriented Approach”,a blended learning model of listening and speaking teaching junior high school is designed.According to the three stages of pre-class,in-class and after-class,the total teaching goal is divided into three sub-production goals with progressive difficulty.Design the teaching process and content of each goal according to the principles of POA.This model is verified by testing,questionnaire survey and interview through the teaching practice of three units.The results show that this model can improve learners’ listening and speaking ability and enhance their interest in learning.At the same time,it can improve students’ confidence in cross-cultural communication and independent learning ability,which is an effective exploration and attempt of the junior high school English listening and speaking teaching model.
