| After the reform and opening up,the industrialization of Confucius culture gradually rose with the reform of the economic system.The Confucius cultural industry is an important component of China’s cultural industry,and its occurrence and development are closely related to the changes in the Party’s understanding of Confucius,the academic research process on Confucius,the development of China’s cultural industry,and the consumer desires of the public in the cultural market.After more than 40 years of development,the Confucius cultural industry is rich in formats,not only including traditional cultural industries such as publishing and distribution,cultural tourism,exhibition,performing arts,handicraft production,but also extending to emerging industries such as education and training,film and television production,animation and games,creative design,and cultural and museum production.And with the development of digital technology and strong support from national policies,traditional industry types continue to transform and upgrade,and emerging industry types continue to develop and grow.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee has attached great importance to the inheritance and development of excellent traditional Chinese culture and encouraged the integration of traditional culture and the cultural industry.In the current era of new cultural and creative industries,the cultural production mode with IP construction as the core has become the mainstream of industrial development,and cultivating and shaping a batch of original IP with distinctive Chinese cultural characteristics has become the direction of industrial development.In the new stage of the development of the Confucius cultural industry,invigorating the Confucius IP,in line with the inherent requirements of national cultural progress,is an important way to promote the creative transformation and innovative development of excellent traditional Chinese culture,helping to drive the development of regional cultural industries,creating world-wide cultural symbols,and enhancing the influence of Chinese culture’s external dissemination.This topic mainly focuses on the development and research of Confucius IP,based on the following ideas: First,it mainly summarizes domestic and foreign IP research and Confucius cultural industry research,further clarifying the basic concepts discussed in this topic,and elaborating the relevant theoretical basis.The second is a diachronic review of the development process of Confucius’ cultural industry over the past 40 years since the reform and opening up,and a comprehensive analysis and case analysis of the main types of Confucius IP industry.Thirdly,based on the development of the entire Confucius cultural industry,the principle of "returning to Confucius","developing Confucius",and "appropriately developing Confucius" is proposed.In Chapter 4,aiming at the problems existing in the Confucius cultural industry,using cross media narrative theory and industry chain theory,three aspects are proposed: upstream: cross media creation of the original text,midstream: cross media communication of IP,and downstream:extension of the industry chain,proposed specific development strategies to provide development ideas for the entire industrial chain development with Confucius IP as the core.In addition,as an important supplement to the research of this topic,the appendix lists the milestones of the development of the Confucius cultural industry and the product summary tables of various Confucius IP industries. |
