| With the complete eradication of absolute poverty,preventing poverty relapse,addressing relative poverty,and promoting rural revitalization have become the key tasks of China’s new era rural work.Due to factors such as ecological environment,natural resource endowments,and the level of social and economic development,there are problems in Yanchi County,such as insufficient internal development driving force for poverty alleviation,and imbalanced and inadequate rural development,which seriously restrict the sustainable poverty reduction and revitalization process.Prosperous industries are crucial to rural revitalization,and poverty alleviation benefits are key to rural poverty reduction and revitalization.This paper constructs a coupling coordination research system for rural industrial development and poverty alleviation benefits based on various industrial economic theories,multidimensional poverty theories,sustainable development theories,and system coupling theories.Using mathematical models,this paper empirically studies the coupling coordination development status and influencing factors of rural industrial development and poverty alleviation benefits in Yanchi County,explores the inherent mechanism of the coupling development of the two systems,and proposes corresponding coupling optimization paths.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)There are obvious spatial differences between the development level of rural industry and poverty alleviation benefits in the study area.The level of rural industrial development of township resident type(0.3627)>county town type(0.2661)>central agglomeration type(0.1906)>governance improvement type(0.1597)>other agglomeration type(0.1145).Township resident tertiary industry development level>primary industry development level>secondary industry development level;The development level of the primary industry was higher than that of the tertiary industry and higher than that of the secondary industry.The development level of other agglomeration and upgrading primary industry>secondary industry>tertiary industry.Poverty alleviation benefits of township(0.5222)>county(0.3415)>center cluster(0.32 33)>governance improvement(0.3010)>other cluster improvement(0.2742).Social benefit>economic benefit>ecological benefit;Social benefit>ecological benefit>economic benefit of governance improvement type and other agglomeration promotion type.(2)The industrial development level and poverty alleviation benefits of different types of farmers in the study area are significantly different.From the perspective of industrial development level,one-time households(0.2272)>two-time households(0.2138)>non-farmers(0.1703)>pure farmers(0.1196);The production capacity of one-household and two-household households>employment structure>modern input,the employment structure of non-peasant households>production capacity>modem input,and the modern input of pure peasant households>production capacity>employment structure.From the perspective of poverty alleviation benefits,one-part-time households(0.2136)>two-part-time households(0.2019)>non-farmers(0.1724)>pure farmers(0.1464);Economic benefit>quality of life>ecological benefit of one-household and two-household economic benefit>quality of life>ecological benefit>economic benefit of non-household and pure household.(3)There is a significant spatial difference in the coupling coordination between the development of rural industries and poverty alleviation benefits in the research area.From high to low,they are township resident type(0.6435),county gate type(0.5427),central agglomeration type(0.4731),governance improvement type(0.4348),and other agglomeration enhancement types(0.3665).Overall,the township resident type and county gate type are in a highly coordinated coupling stage,while the central agglomeration type,governance improvement type,and other agglomeration enhancement types are all in a moderate coordinated coupling stage.The coupling coordination between the development of the tertiary industry and poverty alleviation benefits in township resident villages is the highest,followed by the coupling coordination between the development of the primary industry and poverty alleviation benefits,and the coupling coordination between the development of the secondary industry and poverty alleviation benefits is the lowest;The coupling coordination between the development of the primary industry and poverty alleviation benefits is the highest in county-level villages,central agglomeration villages,and governance improvement villages,followed by the coupling coordination between the development of the tertiary industry and poverty alleviation benefits,and the coupling coordination between the development of the secondary industry and poverty alleviation benefits is the lowest;The coupling coordination between the development of the primary industry and poverty alleviation benefits in other cluster enhancing villages is the highest,followed by the coupling coordination between the development of the secondary industry and poverty alleviation benefits,and the coupling coordination between the development of the tertiary industry and poverty alleviation benefits is the lowest.(4)The degree of coupling coordination between the industrial development and poverty alleviation benefits of different types of farmers in the study area is significantly different.From high to low,the four types of household industry development system and poverty alleviation benefit system are in the moderate stage of coordination and coupling,respectively,one-household(0.4690),two-household(0.4555),non-household(0.4139)and pure household(0.3610).The coupling coordination degree between modern input and poverty alleviation benefit of pure households and single-occupant households is the highest,followed by the coupling coordination degree between production capacity and poverty alleviation benefit,and the coupling coordination degree between employment structure and poverty alleviation benefit is the lowest.The coupling coordination degree between production capacity and poverty alleviation benefit of two households is the highest,followed by the coupling coordination degree between employment structure and poverty alleviation benefit,and the coupling coordination degree between modern input and poverty alleviation benefit is the lowest.The coupling coordination degree between non-peasant household employment structure and poverty alleviation benefit is the highest,followed by the coupling coordination degree between production capacity and poverty alleviation benefit,and the coupling coordination degree between modern input and poverty alleviation benefit is the lowest.(5)The obstacle factors affecting the coupling coordination between industrial development and poverty alleviation benefit of villages and farmers in the study area include industrial development obstacle factor and poverty alleviation benefit obstacle factor.From the coupling mechanism,the rural industrial development in the study area is the basis for the improvement of poverty alleviation benefits,and the improvement of poverty alleviation benefits provides an important guarantee for industrial development.There is a strong correlation between the coupling coordination degree of rural industrial development and poverty alleviation benefits in the study area and the level of industrial development.Industrial development plays a leading role in the coupling coordination of rural industrial development and poverty alleviation benefits in the study area.The coupling and coordination degree between industrial development and poverty alleviation benefits of villages and farmers with high level of rural industrial development is also high.The coupling coordination degree between development and poverty alleviation benefits of different industries is different.The coupling coordination degree between development and poverty alleviation benefits of industries with high development level is also high.On this basis,this paper puts forward the coupling optimization path between the development of village and rural household industry and poverty alleviation benefits. |
