| This article focuses on the field of Chinese ethnic and folk dance performance,proposing the theory of the "three elements" of "body","heart",and "meaning" dance performance from the perspective of professional dancers,and analyzing this from the perspectives of traditional tracing,connotation exploration,and formal expression,in order to explore the historical roots and practical positioning of the theory of the "three elements" of Chinese ethnic and folk dance.In this process,this article summarizes the transformation of Chinese ethnic folk dance from traditional form to stage form from the perspective of dance performance,including three aspects: "body","heart",and "meaning".Meanwhile,based on the author’s own stage experience,this article explores the methods and paths for professional dancers to achieve "unity" in stage performances from multiple perspectives and dimensions. |
