Parents of autistic children bear great pressure and challenges in the process of raising autistic children, and the negative emotions generated in this process will affect the parents’quality of life and the rehabilitation effect of the children. In the attention to the mental health of parents of autistic children, there are few researches on the current characteristics and internal mechanism of negative emotions. This study mainly explored the relationship between negative emotions and resilience,self-efficacy and coping styles of parents of autistic children through questionnaire survey, and examined the mediating mechanism of coping styles. The relationship between negative emotion and resilience,self-efficacy and coping style of parents of autistic children was verified through interviews before intervention. On the basis of this, the cognitive behavioral therapy model was adopted to carry out structured intervention in the case,in order to provide reference for the negative emotion intervention of parents of autistic children. The results are as follows:(1)The negative emotions of parents of autistic children are at the middle and lower level, and there are significant differences in the role of primary caregivers, education level, subjective feelings of family economy, and the number of children in the family.(2)The self-efficacy and resilience of the parents of autistic children are generally at an above average level, and they are more likely to adopt positive coping styles. Moreover, there are no significant differences in demographic differences such as gender, role, economy, number of children in the family, and family structure.(3)The negative emotions,self-efficacy,resilience and coping styles of parents of autistic children were significantly correlated.(4)Positive coping style has a significant mediating effect on psychological resilience and negative emotions. These results suggest that the psychological resilience of parents of autistic children can alleviate the experience of negative emotions through the mediation variable of positive coping style.(5)The structured case intervention process of cognitive behavioral therapy can help parents with autism relieve negative emotions. The conclusion of this study is that the negative emotional status of parents of autistic children is not necessarily long-term serious, but is related to whether the parents are the primary caregivers, the level of education of the parents, the subjective feelings of family economy and the number of children in the family. The negative emotions of parents of autistic children are related to mental resilience,self-efficacy and coping style, and coping style plays a significant mediating role between mental resilience and negative emotions. The psychotherapy model of cognitive behavioral therapy can effectively relieve the negative emotions of parents of autistic children.
