| Cultural and creative products are cultural and creative products formed by deep excavation and innovation of the spirit of enterprises by using current scientific and technological means.They play an important role in spreading corporate culture and promoting corporate spirit.HPC,as the holding company of Harbin Institute of Technology,provides convenient services for teachers and students of the school,and establishes a cultural and creative center at the centenary of the school’s establishment,which is responsible for the research and development of cultural and creative products of the school,the operation of cultural and creative physical stores and online shopping malls,the establishment of the brand of Harbin Institute of Technology,the dissemination of university culture,the promotion of school education guidance,so that students can get the sense of belonging of campus culture.HPC’s cultural and creative center has refined the rich cultural heritage of the school and created campus cultural and creative products to meet the yearning of the majority of alumni for their alma mater,enhance the interaction between the majority of alumni,deepen each student’s love for the school,arouse the desire of foreign visitors in the society to buy souvenirs,not only inherit the campus culture,but also increase the economic benefits of the school,and also reflect the value of the school.This paper takes the business process of HPC’s cultural and creative center as the main research object,takes the business process optimization theory as the guidance,establishes the principles of business process optimization,proposes optimization methods,and prepares business process optimization plans.First of all,it describes the current situation of the business process of HPC’s cultural and creative center,analyzes the inventory and sales data of the cultural and creative center,and finds out its deficiencies in procurement and sales.Next,a questionnaire survey was conducted among teachers,students and alumni of Harbin Institute of Technology,and the reliability and validity of the survey results were analyzed to ensure the reliability of the survey data.Through the questionnaire survey,it was found that the products purchased by HPC’s cultural and creative center deviated from the target demand,the pricing was on the high side,the sales prices of products in different channels were inconsistent,the return and exchange rate was slow,and the group purchase business interview was not in place.At the same time,through the analysis of the stamp consignment process of the cooperation between the Cultural and Creative Center and the postal company,it was found that the collection and payment settlement was difficult and the billing information was inconsistent.In view of the actual situation of the enterprise,this paper puts forward targeted optimization plans for the cultural and creative center to guide students to participate in the design of cultural and creative products,product pricing,price testing,hierarchical product line,and the opening of self-service billing system,to effectively solve the problems faced by the cultural and creative center in business process optimization.At the end of the article,the author puts forward safeguards in terms of human resources,systems,funds and technical support to ensure the effective implementation of business process optimization. |
