In recent years,with the continuous development of technology,the topic of mobile phone use is more and more widely discussed.On the one hand,smart phones make people’s life more convenient,can promote people’s communication,many functions also contribute to the improvement of the quality of life.On the other hand,it will also lead to unreasonable mobile phone use such as no fear of mobile phone,which not only affects interpersonal communication,but also may cause serious harm to their physical and mental health,and even lead to various types of diseases.Therefore,the research on the phenomenon of no fear of mobile phone is urgent.At present,academia for mindfulness in people’s daily life of increasing attention,research has shown that people with higher levels of mindfulness are less likely to have addictive behavior,the same will not be too addicted to mobile phones,resulting in a higher level of fear of no mobile phone.But the research on the mechanism of influence is not enough,most of them use personality traits as the mechanism,and not too much to explore other aspects.Alexithymia and loneliness may play a role in mindfulness and phone-free phobia,Therefore,this study takes mindfulness as the independent variable,mobile phone free fear as the dependent variable,alexithymia and loneliness as the intermediate variable,to explore the relationship between them and the internal mechanism of the influence of Mindfulness on mobile phone no fear.This research not only enriches the research content in this field,but also provides a new idea for college students to deal with the relationship between smart phones.Totally random sampling method was used in this study.The five factors mindfulness questionnaire(FFMQ),Toronto Alexithymia Questionnaire(TAS-20),UCLA Loneliness Scale,and Fear Without Cell Phone(NMP-Q)were used.The recovery rate was 100%.Among them,640 valid questionnaires,the effective rate is 86.6%,using independent sample T test,analysis of variance,Pearson correlation analysis,regression analysis,Bootstrap test,path analysis and other methods of data processing and statistical analysis,the results are as follows:(1)There are significant differences in some demographic variables such as mindfulness,alexithymia,loneliness and fear of mobile phone.(2)Mindfulness,alexithymia,loneliness and cell-phone phobia are correlated in college students.(3)Mindfulness,alexithymia and loneliness can significantly predict no fear of cell phone.Mindfulness significantly negatively predicted absence of cell phone fear,while alexithymia and loneliness significantly positively predicted absence.(4)Mindfulness not only predicted mobile-phone phobia directly,but also predicted it by alexithymia and loneliness.Both of them played a partial mediating role in the two processes.This study confirmed that alexithymia and loneliness can act as a mechanism between mindfulness and phobia without mobile phone,which suggests that training can improve the level of mindfulness in college students to reduce the phobia with no mobile phone.In addition,to improve the level of mindfulness of college students is also conducive to rational expression of their emotions,reduce the experience of loneliness,so as not to excessively indulge in smart phones,resulting in adverse effects.
