This paper mainly compares and analyzes the similarities and differences of eight groups of homomorph quantifiers in Chinese and Japanese from the perspectives of syntax, semantics and pragmatics, the types of errors in the acquisition of these eight "Chinese quantifiers" by Japanese native speakers, and further discusses the causes of the errors. This paper consists of the following four parts:The first part studies the similarities and differences between Chinese and Japanese homomorph quantifiers at the syntactic level, and there are more syntactic differences than similarities.Firstly, this paper analyzes the similarities and differences among "quantitative structure + N/NP","N/NP + quantitative structure","quantitative structure +V/VP" and "V/VP + quantitative structure",and their different syntactic functions. It argues that there are five types of overlapping forms of the Chinese quantitative structures, they are the BB,ABB,ABAB,A1A2 B and A1BA2 B,but there are less overlapping forms of the Japanese counterparts. The second part discusses the similarities and differences of eight groups of homomorph quantifiers in Chinese and Japanese at the semantic level. The first section is a comparison of the semantic features between the Chinese quantifiers with higher frequent errors and the corresponding Japanese ones. The second section is a comparison of the semantic features between the Chinese quantifiers with lower frequent errors and their Japanese counterparts.Except for the roughly same semantic features of " 场:じょう场 ",there are obvious different semantic features between the Chinese and Japanese quantifiers. The third part is a pragmatic study of the quantitative structures from the perspective of the linguistic context, except that the context of "场:じょう场 " is roughly the same, that is,it can be used to measure the number of activities in one "place",there are obvious context differences between the homomorph quantifiers. And from the rhetorical function aspect, the Chinese overlapping forms of the quantitative structures are used either to highlight the emotional attitudes,to describe something more concretely,or to create a language formal beauty. But the Japanese quantifiers are not.The last part analyzes the errors in the acquisition of these eight Chinese quantifiers by Japanese learners, there three kinds of errors,i.e.the syntactic errors, semantic errors and pragmatic errors. And further explains the causes of these errors, the main causes includes the unscientific annotation of teaching materials, the negative transferring, and learning strategies.
