Research On The Optimization Of Cultural Government Service In Wuxi

In 2015,the State Council held a national teleconference on promoting simplification of administration,decentralization and decentralization,combined with functional transformation,and put forward the concept of "decentralization,management and service" reform for the first time.In 2020,Premier Li Keqiang proposed in the government work report of the State Council for 2020 that the reform of "decentralization,management and service" should be promoted in depth.In recent years,in order to actively respond to the spiritual requirements of the Party Central Committee,the government functional departments in the field of cultural industry in Wuxi have taken the "release,management and service" as an important starting point for optimizing government services,reengineering the work process and straightening out the work mechanism.In the next few years,how to break the bottleneck in the process of reform,greatly improve the cultural government service level on the existing basis,and build a service-oriented government to the satisfaction of the people is a very meaningful and important topic.The requirements of the masses and enterprises for government services have increased year by year.Although there has been a qualitative leap compared with before the construction of digital government,there are still phenomena such as "difficult things,poor attitude and chaotic market",which is of great significance to optimize government services.In recent years,focusing on the goal of building a regional cultural center city and a cultural film and television capital,Wuxi Municipal government has promoted the large-scale,characteristic,intensive and integrated development of cultural industry,built a new highland of domestic first-class modern industry with international influence,and put forward higher requirements for cultural government services.Through the investigation of the functional departments of Wuxi cultural government,this paper combs and summarizes the problems encountered in Wuxi cultural government service,analyzes the current situation,studies the reasons and considers the countermeasures,so as to provide theoretical basis and reference for the later optimization of Wuxi cultural government service.By consulting relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper compares and analyzes the differences of government services in different regions at home and abroad,and visits the relevant staff of Wuxi cultural government departments to study how to improve the level of cultural government services in Wuxi.It is found that there are many problems in Wuxi’s cultural government service,such as "Internet plus" experience is poor,Insufficient implementation of "simplification of administration and decentralization",many contradictions and conflicts between industry areas.It puts forward a series of detailed measures such as strengthening the construction of platform,strengthening the construction of service government and strengthening the construction of credit system.
