Service operation management is one of the important guarantees for a theater to achieve good operation management,which indirectly affects the attendance rate of performances.However,through field investigation,it is found that some theaters still have lack of system,poor service quality and inadequate management in terms of theater service operation and management,which reflects that theater managers do not pay enough attention to theater service.By contrast,Tianjin Grand Theater,as one of the important pillars of Poly Theater line in North China,has advanced theater service management concept,relatively perfect system and high service level.Since it took over in 2017,it has guided tianjin audiences to complete the change of performance habits.Theatre services are provided by the Service Department.This paper studies service department management of Tianjin Grand Theater.It is hoped that it can provide reference for the immature theater service management and the service department of Tianjin Grand Theater to improve the quality of theater service.There are five chapters in this paper.The first chapter studies the overall management of the service department,including the reasons for the establishment of the service department and its current situation,organizational structure,service characteristics,and the conclusion is that the service department system is perfect and the overall development is relatively mature.The second chapter further analyzes the service effect of the service Department from the perspective of the audience by studying the content and standard of the service project management of the service Department,and summarizes the achievements made by the service department after providing high-quality services.The conclusion is that the service department has mastered a relatively rich experience in theater service,and the service quality can be guaranteed.The third chapter studies the training methods of service department personnel,and the fourth chapter studies the personnel management system of service Department.By analyzing the specific methods of training and managing staff of service department,the conclusion is that service department is proficient in personnel management,which is also one of the reasons for service department to achieve the goal of high-quality theater service management.The fifth chapter puts forward the existing problems in the management of service department,analyzes the problems,and puts forward effective suggestions for the existing problems.
