A Study Of The Concept Of "Everyday" In Lefebvre’s Critique Of Everyday Life

Henri Lefebvre is the forerunner of the western research on the criticism of daily life.His research on the criticism of daily life runs through his research career,which is also the core clue and the most outstanding achievement.Based on his masterpiece The Critique of Daily Life(three volumes),this paper analyzes the concept of "everyday" under the theoretical background of the critique of daily life.First of all,this paper analyzes the source of the concept of "everyday" proposed by Lefebvre,and sorts out the source of the concept of "everyday" from the fields of literature and art and philosophical thought.Secondly,in the second part,it interprets the connotation of the concept of "everyday",and analyzes it from the perspectives of "day"and "often",The "day" of "everyday" represents the cyclical "dailyness",and Lefebvre discusses the "circular time" based on traditional life and the "linear time" of modern life under the capitalist production labor mode;The "often" in "everyday" represents the"usually" that is ignored,because the everyday always appears around people,people turn a blind eye to it,and always ignore it,and because of the capitalist production and lifestyle,people and daily life All went to mediocrity.It is precisely because of the inherent inescapable nature of everyday life that,in Lefebvre’s view,people "sink" into everyday life,and eventually the everyday becomes alienated.Finally,the "daily" proposed by Lefebvre emphasizes the importance of daily life in a theoretical sense,enriches and develops Marxist philosophy on the basis of inheriting Marxism,and promotes the change of the direction of philosophical research;dialectical analysis The historical limitations of the concept of "everyday";in a realistic sense,in the face of the demand for "good life",thinking about how to critically understand everyday life can provide a reasonable perspective for my country’s socialist construction.Lefebvre’s "everyday" proposed "The concept and his criticism of the alienation of everyday life have practical guiding significance for the construction of "good life" proposed by our country today.
