Research On The Application Of Screen Printing Technology In The Creation Of Digital Illustrations For Children

In the era of ongoing informatization,digital technology represented by the Internet is bringing great changes to the world.Today,with the development of digital technology,digital media arts with computer technology at its core has been improving.The application of digital technology brings infinite possibilities to the visual effects of hand-drawn illustrations.Digital children’s illustrations are widely used in the field of education.In the process of illustration learning and practicing,the author spots issues such as blind-copying from other illustrators and monotonous illustration styles in domestic digital children’s illustrations.During the information-gathering process,the author notices that currently there are more research featuring a combination of digital illustrations and Chinese traditional styles,yet there are relatively fewer research on the integration of screen printing and digital illustrations.To expand the forms of digital children’s illustration,this paper will incorporate screen printing process into the design of digital children’s illustrations,refine visual languages from the dimension of colors,pictures and details,integrate the beauty of texture,craft,forms,overlapping-colors into digital illustrations to combine arts and technology and enrich the studies on children illustrations.This paper is divided into five parts to analyze the application of screen printing technology in the creation of digital children illustrations.In the first part,the paper briefly discusses the background,content and significance of the research as well as the research status,and the paper also analyzes the thinking,methods and innovation of the research.The second part discusses the concept of screen printing technology and its printing principle and production process,and finally describes the characteristics of screen printing.The third part discusses the theoretical basis of the creation of digital children’s illustrations,including their development process and characteristics.The fourth part comprehensively discusses the value and creation method of combining screen printing technology and digital children’s illustration,and analyzes the status of their development and trend.The fifth part combines the above analysis to carry on the creative production,discusses the inspiration of the production results and the thought-process of specific designs,and presents the result through the graduation design.
