Under the background of rapid economic development and integrated development of culture and tourism,tourism cultural and creative products that integrate functional value and emotional value become one of the products that meet the personalized expression needs of modern people with their rich knowledge and unique creativity,and also an important way to explore high-quality development of tourism.However,a series of problems such as insufficient exploration of tourism destination culture leading to serious product homogenization,easy to be exemplary features hindering product innovation,lack of user research and fierce market competition,making innovation the only choice for enterprise survival and development.The traditional closed innovation has been unable to adapt to the rapid changes in the external environment,while the open innovation pays attention to the interactivity and mobility of innovation resources,making it the first choice for managers to improve the performance of product innovation.Therefore,this paper chooses the most important two roles of the open innovation subjects,enterprises and users,as the main research object,and discusses how to improve the product innovation performance of tourism cultural and creative enterprises through user participation has certain practical significance.By reviewing the existing literature,it is found that the research on tourism innovation under the background of cultural tourism integration has the following shortcomings: First,the academic research on the micro coupling mechanism of tourism innovation and the research on enterprises as the micro foundation are seriously insufficient;Second,the research focus is still on closed innovation research with tourism enterprises as the core,which lags behind innovation research in other fields and abroad.Therefore,this paper constructs a theoretical framework of user participation on the product innovation performance of tourism cultural and creative enterprises.With knowledge co-creation as the intermediary and absorptive capacity as the adjustment,it has certain theoretical significance to systematically explore the impact mechanism of user participation on the product innovation performance of tourism cultural and creative enterprises.Taking tourism cultural and creative enterprises as the research object,this paper collects data by issuing questionnaires online and offline,uses SPSS,Smart PLS data analysis software,and tests the measurement model and structural model through PLS-SEM modeling,and draws the following conclusions: First,three dimensions of user participation: information sharing,responsible behavior and emotional interaction all in positively affect embedded knowledge co-creation and alliance knowledge co-creation;Second,the three dimensions of information sharing,responsible behavior and emotional interaction that users participate in have no significant impact on the innovation performance of tourism cultural and creative products;Third,both embedded knowledge co-creation and alliance knowledge co-creation positively affect the innovation performance of tourism cultural innovation products;Fourthly,embedded knowledge co-creation plays a partial intermediary role in the three dimensions of user participation and the relationship between innovation performance of tourism cultural and creative products respectively,and alliance knowledge co-creation plays a partial intermediary role in the relationship between responsible behavior,emotional interaction and innovation performance of tourism cultural and creative products respectively,but the role of alliance new knowledge co-creation in the relationship between information sharing and innovation performance of tourism cultural and creative products is not significant;Fifth,absorptive capacity plays a positive regulatory role in the impact of embedded knowledge co-creation on innovation performance of tourism cultural and creative products,but the regulatory role of absorptive capacity in the impact of alliance knowledge co-creation on innovation performance of tourism cultural and creative products is not significant.This study establishes a research framework of "user participation-knowledge co-creation-absorptive capacity-innovation performance of tourism cultural and creative products",and deeply analyzes the intermediary role of knowledge co-creation and the regulatory role of absorptive capacity in this transmission mechanism.Finally,The management suggestions are put forward in four aspects: Attracting users to participate,and paying attention to emotional interaction at the same time;Absorbing heterogeneous knowledge and paying attention to cultural excavation at the same time;Improving absorptive capacity and paying attention to knowledge transformation at the same time;Enriching the tourist experience,and paying attention to improving the tourism destination image at the same time.It not only makes up for the deficiencies of previous scholars’ research on tourism innovation in the context of cultural-tourism integration,but also provides important theoretical and practical guidance for tourism cultural innovation enterprises to achieve sustainable development and promote the high-quality development of China’s tourism industry.
