Research On Construction Of New Era Civilization Practice Center In Southern Xinjiang From The Perspective Of Cultural Embellishment

The construction of practice centers for civilization in the new era is an important measure to promote the coordinated modernization of material civilization and spiritual civilization.It provides a new platform and carrier for county and township communities to better serve the people and gather them together.Starting from the Marxist theory of civilization practice,the theory of spiritual civilization construction of the Communist Party of China,and the ancient Chinese philosophical thought of the unity of knowledge and practice,this paper expounds the ideological origin of the practice center of civilization in the new era,which can provide profound theoretical support for the construction of the practice center of civilization in the new era,and make it rich in connotation,extension and expansion,and has important practical significance.As an important part of the Party’s strategy of governing Xinjiang in the new era,cultural embellishment of Xinjiang is an important supplement to flexible governance on the rigid governance path of governing Xinjiang according to law.The infiltration mechanism of culture moistening Xinjiang enables the people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang to form a wide range of value recognition in the process of moistening things silently,and cultivate the spiritual roots of long-term stability.The Bayingol Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture,Aksu Prefecture,Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture,Kashgar Prefecture and Hotan Prefecture,to which Southern Xinjiang belongs,have a large and significant minority population,which is unique in many aspects such as regional history and culture.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the theoretical origin of the construction of the new era civilization practice center in southern Xinjiang from the perspective of cultural embellishment of Xinjiang,based on the regional situation of Southern Xinjiang,and make a comprehensive analysis of the particularity and importance of the construction of the new era civilization practice center in southern Xinjiang.Through investigation,research and case analysis,the results and existing problems of the construction of the practice Center of New era civilization in Southern Xinjiang are summarized,and targeted construction paths are proposed.This paper consists of four parts.The first part mainly describes the background,related concepts,and theoretical basis of cultural embellishment Xinjiang and the practice center of civilization in the new era.The second part mainly analyzes the importance and particularity of the construction of the new era civilization practice center in southern Xinjiang;The third part mainly summarizes the achievements and problems of the construction of the new era civilization practice center in southern Xinjiang on the basis of investigation and research.The fourth part puts forward the development path of the construction of the new era civilization practice center in southern Xinjiang from the perspective of culture embellishing Xinjiang.
