The comprehensive course of Chinese as a foreign language is a core course in the teaching mode of skill based courses,which has the characteristics of core and backbone compared to other specialized skill courses.Its main task is to focus on cultivating language knowledge and communication skills,and carry out teaching of basic language knowledge,cultural background knowledge,and pragmatic rules.The Chinese comprehensive course is divided into three stages:beginner,intermediate,and advanced.Advanced Chinese comprehensive course is a language skill course with oral and written language expression as the training goal.It is the main and basic course in the curriculum system at the advanced stage and is a basic language compulsory course at the advanced stage.Teaching design refers to the process of arranging teaching related elements in an orderly and reasonable manner according to the requirements of curriculum standards,combined with teaching objectives and content,and forming a teaching plan.The purpose of instructional design is to apply teaching theories and methods to Chinese language teaching.Through the theories and methods of instructional design,scientific methods are used to design Chinese language teaching,thereby improving teaching effectiveness.Scientific and reasonable teaching design is conducive to the orderly progress of teaching and the improvement of teaching quality.This article takes five students from the Advanced Class 3 of the Confucius Institute at the Far Eastern Federal University in Vladivostok,Russia as the teaching objects,and designs the teaching of the lesson "The Origin of New Year’s Eve" in "HSK Standard Tutorial 5(Part 1)".The full text is divided into five parts:The first chapter is an introduction.Mainly introduce the research background,research review,research content,and research methods.Among them,the research review mainly elaborates on three aspects: teaching design research,Chinese comprehensive course research,and Russian Chinese language teaching research.The second chapter mainly introduces the basic theories and teaching principles related to the teaching design of Chinese comprehensive courses.Chapter 3 is the front-end analysis of instructional design,which first analyzes the teaching environment and teaching staff;Then,it elaborates on the teaching objects from the aspects of Chinese proficiency,Chinese language needs,learning motivation,cultural background,and learning style;Finally,introduce the basic information of the textbooks and course types.Chapter 4 is the teaching design plan for "The Origin of New Year’s Eve",which mainly includes teaching objectives and content,key and difficult teaching points,teaching methods,and teaching processes.Chapter 5 is teaching evaluation and reflection.Verify the rationality and feasibility of teaching design through the evaluation of teachers’ teaching and the evaluation of students’ learning effectiveness.At the same time,the teaching evaluation results are used to reflect on the teaching,analyze and summarize the reasons,and propose corresponding teaching suggestions,in order to provide a basis for the teaching of advanced Chinese comprehensive courses in Russia.
