A Study On Vocabulary Of Anhui Wangjiang Dialec

Wangjiang County is located in the southwest of Anhui Province,at the junction of Hubei,Anhui and Jiangxi provinces.Its dialect is in the intersection of Gan and Jianghuai Mandarin.The dialect belongs to Huaiyue slice of Gan language.Due to various reasons,the dialects of Wangjiang area are deeply influenced by Gan dialect and Jianghuai Mandarin,and the dialect is relatively complex.Regarding the Wangjiang dialect,the predecessors mostly focused on the phonetic level of the dialect,there is still a lack of research on the vocabulary level of the dialect.Based on the fieldwork,this paper takes the vocabulary of Wangjinag dialect as the object of research,and compiles a vocabulary list of Wangjiang dialect.This paper makes a comparative study of the vocabulary of Wangjiang dialect from the aspects of word sound,word form,meaning and dialect characteristic words,clarifies its basic features,explores its characteristics,and analyzes the close and distant relationship between Wangjiang dialect and its surrounding dialects.And then,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the vocabulary of Wangjiang dialect from the perspective of kinship terms,understands the specific historical and cultural connotation reflected by the changes in the use of kinship terms.The article has six parts,except the introduction and conclusion,the text is four chapters.The introduction part mainly introduces the historical and geographical overview of Wangjiang area,the general situation of Wangjiang dialect,the current status of the study,the purpose of the study,the research method,and the sources of materials.The first chapter is the phonetic of Wangjiang dialect.This chapter discribes the phonetic system of Wangjiang dialect,summarizes the monosyllabic,phonetic and tonal coordination.And then from the perspective of sandhi and syllable words,to explores the rules and characteristics of the phonetic changes in Wangjiang dialect.The second chapter is the morphology,semantics and word-formation of the vocabulary of Wangjiang dialect.This chapter compares the vocabulary of Wangjiang dialect with the the vocabulary of Mandarin from two aspects of word form and meaning,summarizes the characteristics of the vocabulary of Wangjiang dialect,and analyzes the distinctive words in the vocabulary of Wangjiang dialect.It also explores the word-formation of the vocabulary of Wangjiang dialect from three aspects:compound,additional and overlapping.The third chapter is the characteristics of Wangjiang dialect.This chapter interprets the words that do not correspond to the surrounding dialects and Mandarin as dialect characteristic words.This chapter selects and summarizes the dialect characteristic vocabulary of Wangjiang,and introduces the usage of dialect characteristic words,and explores the etymology of these words,and then analyzes the affinity between Wangjiang dialect and the surrounding dialects from the frequency of the dialect characteristic words in the surrounding dialects.The fourth chapter is the kinship terms in Wangjiang dialect.This chapter summarizes the characteristics of the kinship terms of Wangjiang dialect in face-to-face address,back address and formation,and then analyze the changes in its use in recent years,and explore the reasons for the changes and the specific historical and cultural connotations.The last part is the conclusion.
