| This article starts from the creation of the script Breaking the Cocoon,based on the relevant theories of drama script creation and classic dramas as a reference,starting from the two narrative elements of the script’s characters and plot,and combining the problems faced in the process of script creation in the characterization and plot setting,to explore the effectiveness of its presentation.At the same time,both as a creator and as a researcher,I deeply explore the narrative space of the script,promoting the personalized theoretical clues of the playwright through participation and dialogue.Thereby reflecting on the gains and losses in the process of script creation.Breaking the Cocoon tells the story of how Anning,who lives in a third-tier city,faced the dilemma of raising money to save her father-in-law Hao Qiang,and how to recognize their marital relationship with her husband Hao Lei,shake off the yoke of her mother-in-law Zhang Xia,rediscover themselves,and realize their own worth.In the process of script creation,polishing and creation are carried out around the personality setting of characters,the differentiation of group portraits,and the role and rhythm of events in the plot. |
