Research On The Cultural Construction Of Ethnic Villages In The Tourism Field

Ethnic cultural tourism is the current trend of tourism development,and is also an important economic activity in minority areas.With the continuous advancement of the country’s rural revitalization,many ethnic minority areas have taken folk tourism as an important way of rural revitalization and economic development,especially the village culture is the basic unit of multi-ethnic cultural expression.The combination of folk culture and tourism has gradually become the core competitiveness of ethnic minority villages in the tourism industry.The government,ethnic villages and tourism operators are constantly expanding the boundaries of ethnic village culture in the tourism field.Under the joint action of all factors,the ethnic culture is developing towards a more diversified trend.The main purpose of tourists to visit the areas where ethnic minorities gather is nothing more than to experience the natural scenery of ethnic groups,deeply feel the cultural and ecological environment different from their own ethnic groups,understand the local ethnic life customs,and participate in ethnic cultural activities.The minority villages often bear many representative characteristics of the minority in the field of humanities.Whether it is language,food,clothing,architecture,wedding and funeral,singing and dancing,festivals,religious belief,or taboos,regulations,beliefs and value orientation,every aspect of village residents’ life vividly displays the language culture,behavior culture and spiritual culture of the ethnic group from a different perspective.Therefore,the combination of ethnic village culture and modern tourism can greatly promote the development of tourism,thus driving government tax revenue and people to get rich.Integrating the connotation of regional ecological civilization such as ethnic habits,folk art,traditional humanity and religion into the sightseeing projects that tourists can participate in can better construct the minority culture in the new era and make it full of new vitality while retaining the traditional core.However,the construction of ethnic village culture in the tourism development field also faces new challenges.The current challenge for many ethnic cultural tourism areas is to develop tourism while preserving the original folk customs and protecting the village’s history and culture.Based on the theories of cultural change,cultural reproduction and cultural construction,this paper analyzes the reasons,processes,contents and ways of the cultural construction of ethnic villages represented by Longma Village in the tourism development field from a large regional scope to a small one,and explores the construction of ethnic culture under a specific historical environment.The problems in the process of Longma Village culture construction are analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures is given.As an important transfer station of the salt and Tea Ancient Road in the Song Dynasty,Longma Village has retained the ethnic culture with a long history and rich content.In terms of architecture,folk houses and folk customs,it also retains the ethnic cultural gene relatively completely.It fully gathers the connotation of Tujia and Miao cultures,providing necessary conditions for the development of ethnic cultural tourism.From the perspective of tourism development field,the analysis of the current situation of Longma village culture construction shows that in the process of the integration of modern tourism development and minority culture,the construction of most ethnic cultures is completed under the joint efforts of the local government,enterprises and the masses.The construction contents of ethnic village culture in Longma Village mainly include ethnic architecture,folk festival performances,food culture and so on.There are three ways to construct the ethnic culture in Longma Village: extensive media publicity,in-depth excavation of experts in the field of ethnic minorities,and creative motivation to inspire Longma ethnic artistic talents.The construction of Longma’s ethnic culture and modern tourism have interaction in many aspects.Longma’s ethnic culture promotes the development of tourism,which in turn promotes the reconstruction of ethnic culture,but also stimulates the protection and prosperity of ethnic culture.Longma Village,as a stage for the demonstration of tourism development pilot experience,has brought economic development and promoted the inheritance and protection of culture.However,similar to other tourism development areas,Longma Village also faces some problems in the process of tourism development.This paper points out that there are three main problems in the tourism development field of Longma Village.First,there are contradictions between material culture and connotation construction;second,it is difficult to maintain local cultural construction;third,the relationship between culture and economy is unbalanced.The author believes that the ethnic culture of Longma Village should be constructed correctly and scientifically in the tourism field,and attention should be paid to the connotation construction of ethnic culture to enhance the degree of public participation.At the same time,local links of ethnic culture should be strengthened to fully integrate ethnic culture into modern life.In addition,coordinated development of culture and economy of Longma Village should be balanced,and market transformation mode should be explored.
