Research On The Teaching Of Chinese Folk Dance In Social Adult Danc

Since the reform and opening up,people’s living conditions have been greatly improved,and they have higher standards and demands for spiritual and cultural life.At the same time,the attention to dance has gradually increased.Dance education at all levels is in full swing.Social dance education,as a supplement to school dance education,has attracted the attention of adults in recent years.More and more adults choose dance as an important activity in their spare time life.From the perspective of social adult dance education,this paper takes the teaching of Chinese ethnic and folk dance as the main research content,takes the students and teachers of social adult dance training institutions in Chengdu as the main research objects,and combines with its own teaching practice to explore the teaching concept,teaching content and teaching methods of Chinese ethnic and folk dance applicable to social adult dance.Through this study,we hope to make a contribution to the development of adult dance education in the direction of science,health and diversity.
