Adult English training is a project or course that refers to English course training for adults over 18 years of age.As the economy advances and material wealth increases,more and more adults are beginning to focus on mastering and utilizing English.With the large increase in English learners,relevant English training institutions are also increasing year by year,the requirements for adult English training schools in the English training market will be higher.most training institutions do not know what the school’s development strategy is,and have not done a structural strategic plan.This has led to problems in the school`s operation,loss of sustainable development,and generally weak competitiveness and homogeneity.Problems such as serious transformation and low anti-risk ability.This paper first analyzes the background of the selected topic and the purpose of the research,and then states the corresponding research content and research methods.Select A adult English training school as the research object,through the actual inspection of the school and a large number of literature related to English training institutions,and make a summary and rational analysis.Then,by using the PEST analysis tool and Porter’s five-force analysis model,the external environment of the school is comprehensively analyzed,the opportunities and threats existing in the school are found out,and the EFE matrix is constructed.Then,by analyzing the school’s own resources and capabilities,it finds out the school’s internal strengths and weaknesses,and constructs the IFE matrix.Finally,qualitative analysis is carried out through SWOT analysis tool,so as to formulate a more effective development strategy.Find out the overall external environment of A adult English training school,its own internal advantages and disadvantages,core competitiveness,and determine the overall strategic choice and how to implement it.The research results of this paper will provide important guiding significance for the sustainable development of small and medium-sized training industries,training institutions and schools,and can provide strong support for research and practice in related fields.
