A Study On Qi Baishi’s Postscript Calligraphy And Its Reference

Qi Baishi was one of the leading figures in Chinese painting in the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China.Through its continuous innovation and efforts,with its own unique painting style and book style,has become a famous master of art in modern times.In his early years,Qi Baishi learned pavilion style and paid attention to rules and regulations.Later,under the influence of teachers and friends,he Shaoji,Li Yong running script,Wei Bei,Jin Nong regular script,etc.,his calligraphy style embarked on a young,simple and thick,vigorous and vigorous way.In the middle of the study of "Days of God," "Worship three gongshan tablet",qin Zhao edition,formed its unique seal script style.Running script on the original basis of wu Changshuo’s style,the appearance of personal running script is also fixed.Writing in his old age is not confined to the law,with the meaning of the book,old and vigorous and straightforward natural integration.This paper takes Qi Baishi’s calligraphy as the research object,and carries on the study and reference to his calligraphy.This paper respectively from the qi Baishi calligraphy development process,characteristics and other aspects of the study,as far as possible more systematic exploration of Qi Baishi calligraphy,and its learning and reference.Through continuous innovation and efforts,Qi Baishi formed his own unique style of writing.Objective analysis of its calligraphy style formation,transformation of the reasons and process,can be more comprehensive and thorough exploration of its calligraphy art,his successful experience in calligraphy learning,more worthy of us to learn.
