| Service design has the characteristics of multi-disciplinary,comprehensive and so on.For service designers,it is necessary to consider multiple stakeholders,to think systematically and comprehensively from multiple perspectives in idea-generation phase of service design.In idea-generation design activity,due to the lack of experience and the limitation of knowledg e,designers often fall into a thinking direction for a long time and unable to think about problems from other angles in time,which easily leads to form a situation of lack of ideas and fixed thinking.Six thinking hats has been widely used as a techniqu e for thinking training that uses six colors to represent six different directions of thinking.Six thinking hats can effectively guide the thinking to expand horizontally,and can effectively control the designer to focus on one point for deep digging.At present,six thinking hats has been widely applicated in different fields,and in some areas,some extended application strategies of six thinking hats that is suitable for their own field have been developed.However,the effective use strategies have not yet been formed in the field of service design.Based on this background,the core goal of this thesis is to discuss the use strategies of six thinking hats technique in idea-generation phase of service design activity,and help designers to timely regul ate the direction of thinking to promote the generation of concepts.Firstly,this thesis sorts out the application of six thinking hats technique in different fields through literature,summarizes the relevant dimensions of the application strategies of six thinking hats in different fields,and discusses the introduction methods of six thinking hats in some specific fields,laying a certain theoretical foundation for the introduction of six thinking hats in the field of service design.Then,this thesis analyzes the characteristics of service design,the creativity in design activities,and the implicit attributes of design thinking.Based on these theoretical foundations,it proposes a general path to study the use strategies of six thinking hats in idea-generation phase of service design: introduction,recognition,extraction and generation.Next,this thesis defines the expressive characteristics of six thinking hats in service design activities by combining the characteristics of the service design field.Besides this thesis identifies the six thinking hats that spontaneously mobilized by expert designers and explore its relevance to different phase of design activities.Secondly,this thesis extracts thinking-hat sets based on the interactive stimulation mechanism of the expert designer group,and explores the proportion relationship between the thinking-hat sets and the different phase of the design activity.Further more,this thesis use the method of linkography to visualize the thinking-hat process of expert designers in design activities and studies the key hat among them,finally summarizes 6 major types of thinking hats strategies.Finally,the effectiveness of thinking hats strategies extracted from expert designers are verified and used in the design activities of novice designers.The results show that it has a regulatory effect on the des ign activities of novice designers,which is conducive to promoting the generation of ideas by designers in design activities. |
