| Cultural construction is the inevitable requirement of socialist modernization and an important support for economic development.Red culture is the unique spirit and pattern formed by the Communist Party of China after a century of struggle,constantly glowing with vitality and vitality,and promoting the cause of revolution to a new stage.Xi Jinping has attached great importance to the revitalization and development of the old revolutionary areas,and has made a series of speeches on many occasions,emphasizing that in the process of the development of the old revolutionary areas,we should make full use of red resources,carry forward the red tradition and inherit the red gene.These important expositions are of great significance for red culture to promote economic development,cultivate cultural self-confidence and create a new situation of prosperity in the old areas.This paper first discusses the concept,classification and function of red culture from the perspective of connotation,the concept and strategic requirements of the old revolutionary areas and rural revitalization,summarizes and combs the important expositions of the Communist Party of China on red culture,old revolutionary areas and rural revitalization,and analyses the important value of red culture in promoting rural revitalization in old revolutionary areas from a macro perspective.It provides a theoretical basis and research ideas for the path of this paper.Through visits and research,it is found that although the red culture has achieved remarkable results in promoting the rural revitalization of the old revolutionary areas,there are still some problems,such as weak innovation consciousness of the red industry,the ability of grass-roots governance in the old areas to be improved,the poor effect of ecological construction in some old areas,the fragmentation of red culture dissemination,the need to improve talent literacy and the shortage of professionals.The reasons are that the connotation of red cultural resources is not deeply excavated,the participation of grass-roots Party organizations and the masses in the old areas is insufficient,the red and green resources are not fully utilized,the means of red cultural education and propaganda are single,and the mechanism of talent cultivation and guarantee is not perfect.Therefore,to make full use of red culture to promote the development of the old liberated areas,it is suggested to start with the five requirements of rural revitalization: First,focus on the red tourism economy and enable the industrial revitalization of the old liberated areas.From the level of industrial development,we should pay attention to the protection and development of red cultural resources,vigorously develop red tourism,innovate industrial forms and broaden the industrial chain.Second,consolidate the foundation of Party building in the old areas and improve grass-roots governance in the old areas.From the level of governance in the old areas,we should give full play to the initiative of Party organizations and the people,tap the spiritual wealth of the old areas,learn from the experience of red party building,and promote the scientific and democratic governance of the old areas.Third,revitalize the red and green resources and promote the ecological livability of the old areas.From the level of environmental protection,we should pay attention to the red ruins,improve the supporting facilities,and combine green ecological resources to create beautiful countryside.Fourth,we should build a solid foundation of red culture and maintain the civilized customs of the old areas.From the level of propaganda carrier,we should enrich propaganda methods,tell red stories well,carry out cultural and educational activities,and create a good public opinion ecology.Fifth,stimulate the endogenous power of the old areas and strengthen the construction of red talents.From the level of talent cultivation,we should build a platform for attracting talents,provide financial subsidies and attract talents to stay. |
