| With the continuous development of science and technology,the era is in the process of rapid change.The contact of all kinds of explosive information makes all kinds of pressures and situations visible everywhere,and thus attracts the attention and attention of the society.As a special group,infants also face many psychological pressure problems,which bring challenges to their cognition of pressure emotions and implementation of strategies.In the existing academic research,most of them focus on the description of pressure in different groups of children,the performance of pressure in different stages of children,and the influencing factors of children’s psychological stress,and lack of systematic performance and coping strategies of children’s psychological stress from the perspective of practice.Objectively speaking,children’s psychological stress is not a process of its own formation,involving the environment,parents,teachers,etc.,so it is necessary to conduct in-depth research from different influence dimensions,and select typical psychological stress performance and strategies for empirical analysis.This paper takes a kindergarten in Wujiang District,Suzhou city as the empirical research object,conducts in-depth analysis and exploration on the performance and coping strategies of children’s psychological stress through the following parts,and outputs many feasible measures to provide some references and suggestions for the follow-up research.The first part of the research background,purpose,significance,methods,domestic and foreign research overview analysis.Clarify the formation background of children’s psychological stress,comb the research methods and ideas.Clearly define the meaning and theory of pressure,analyze the situation and strategy of performance,the formation of specific performance,from the psychological and behavioral aspects of different forms of performance.Through this part of the research,to a certain extent,to make up for the domestic attention to children’s psychological stress,empirical research to explore specific coping strategies,give a clear strategy research and application system;The second part chooses the empirical research object.This paper briefly introduces the status quo of research objects,sets the conditions and assumptions of this research,and outputs relevant distribution rules for questionnaire survey design.This paper discusses the situation setting of infant psychological stress,the method of infant psychological stress analysis,the results of empirical research and the empirical results.Results of strategy tests of children of the same age in different stressful situations.The third part takes the empirical research object as an example to further explore the problems of children’s psychological stress.Categorize and summarize the stressors and specific manifestations of children’s psychological pressure at the academic end,teacher end and parent end,describe the performance of children’s psychological pressure,describe the management rules,interpersonal communication,different environmental pressures,psychological dependence and expectations in kindergarten,and deeply analyze the specific manifestations of children’s psychological pressure.The fourth part on the basis of the previous research,in-depth analysis of children’s psychological stress education guidance coping strategies.The implementation strategies are mainly divided into four aspects: age-specific guidance strategy,reducing the pressure source problems faced by children,multi-level cultivation of children’s ability to resist pressure,and strengthening the co-construction relationship of home integration.The fifth part elaborated the research conclusion and the future prospect,on the basis of summarizing the performance and the coping strategy of the children’s psychological stress,made the prospect discussion to the children’s psychological stress research. |
