Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Government-enterprise Cooperation In The Revitalization Of Rural Cultural Industry

The revitalization of rural cultural industry is an important part of rural revitalization.How to make the government and enterprises establish a good cooperative relationship and jointly promote the development of the cultural industry will directly restrict the process of the revitalization of the rural cultural industry.It is worth studying how to make the cooperative relationship between the government and enterprises in the development of the rural cultural industry stable and healthy for a long time,so that my country’s rural cultural resources can be better industrialized through this government-enterprise partnership,thereby driving the common development of urban and rural areas.issue.Under the above background,through the reference and study of previous research results,the comprehensive application of cultural capital theory and cooperative governance theory and other related theoretical knowledge,through the combination of literature reading and field research and interviews,combined with the case of Jinjing Town,Changsha County Introduced and researched,the present situation of government-enterprise cooperation in the revitalization of rural cultural industry was studied in detail.First,I went to Jinjing Town,Changsha County,Hunan Province to conduct a field visit,and interviewed the mayor of Jinjing Town,the director in charge of agriculture and rural affairs,the person in charge of Jinjing Tea Factory,the director of Xiangfeng Village Committee,and the Party Branch Secretary of Xiangfeng Village.14 people conducted interviews,and from the interviews,they had a detailed understanding of the natural endowment and cultural accumulation of Jinjing Town as well as the overall industrial development status of Jinjing Town.Secondly,in sorting out the integration of the three industries in Jinjing Town,Changsha County,Hunan Province,the paper extracts the "government-enterprise village" cooperation mode adopted in the revitalization of government-enterprise cooperation in Jinjing Town’s rural cultural industry,and finds that the mode of cooperation The ternary subjects have their own motivations in the cooperation practice,and have played a certain game in the process of cooperation.In the current stage of cooperation,the industrial scale has grown rapidly,the driving effect is very obvious,and the economic benefits have increased significantly.Furthermore,by refining the government-enterprise cooperation model with local characteristics,it summarizes the roles and responsibilities of the government,local enterprises,and villagers’ committees in cooperation,and analyzes this model from this perspective.This paper puts forward the view that the core of rural revitalization is the revitalization of culture,and draws the conclusion that cultural capital can empower rural industries,and the development of rural cultural industries can help the construction of civilized rural customs.Finally,in view of the difficulties that still exist in the specific operation of the rural cultural industry government-enterprise cooperation found in the analysis of the case,this paper proposes the promotion strategy and implementation plan of the government-enterprise cooperation in the rural cultural industry revitalization,hoping to promote the rural cultural industry in my country.It has a certain reference significance in the practice of government-enterprise cooperation.
