| Under the dual influence of the rapid increase in the number of Chinese language learners and the global pandemic of Covid-19 virus,online teaching platforms have gradually become an important means to teach Chinese language and spreading Chinese culture,and a large number of related online teaching platforms have emerged.These platforms bring convenience to teaching and learning,while there are also many practical problems that need to be solved,such as immature design and operation mode,irrational content classification.As a new approach for Chinese language promotion,the international Chinese online teaching platform plays a crucial role in international Chinese education and cultural exchange and cooperation.Therefore,it is of great importance to analyze,examine and evaluate international Chinese online teaching platforms.This study constructs an evaluation model for international Chinese online teaching platforms through literature review method and expert consultation method and adopts a case study method to take Global Chinese Learning Platform and Chinese Plus Platform as examples.Based on this model,we analyzed and examined the resource content,teaching functions and learning environment of the two platforms,and later further conducted a survey on the usage of the two platforms in the form of a specific criteria to analyze the similarities and differences in resource content,teaching functions and learning environment,in order to discover the shortcomings of the international Chinese online teaching platform.On this basis,we hope to provide suggestions for the construction of the international Chinese online teaching platform,so that it can better contribute to the development of Chinese language and Chinese culture to the world.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter clarifies the research background and research significance,current research situation,research ideas and research method.Chapter 2 proposes an evaluation model for the comparative study of international Chinese online teaching platforms in based on the characteristics of international Chinese online teaching,taking constructivist learning theory and Specifications for Evaluating WebBased Courses as theoretical guidance.Chapter 3 compares and analyzes the Global Chinese Learning Platform and the Chinese Plus Platform based on the specific evaluation indexes of the model.Chapter 4 further comprehensively analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of the two platforms based on the surveys in terms of questionnaires.Chapter 5 summarizes the weaknesses of the international Chinese online teaching platform in terms of resource content,teaching function and learning environment and puts forward relevant suggestions.Finally,the author gives some reflections on the current study. |
