Research On The Evaluation Of The Operation And Management Capabilities Of The Operation And Management Company Of A Characteristic Cultural And Tourism Tow

This article mainly uses Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to study the operational management capabilities of A Characteristic Cultural and Tourism Town Operation Management Company.Firstly,this article uses the SWOT strategic analysis method to analyze the company’s strong social support,cultural product development ability,market promotion ability,and cultural activity management ability in operating and managing characteristic cultural and tourism towns,while its weak ability in scenic area management and economic benefit management.Secondly,this paper uses AHP,Delphi method method,questionnaire survey and other methods to build and optimize the index system of the operation and management ability of the operation and management company of A characteristic cultural tourism town,and determines the weight of relevant indicators.Once again,this article constructs an AHP evaluation model for the company’s operational and management capabilities,dividing the company’s capability ratings into five levels: A(very good),B(good),C(average),D(poor),and E(very poor).Fourthly,the AHP model was used to analyze and evaluate the indicator system.The conclusion of this article is that the overall level of operation and management ability of A Characteristic Cultural and Tourism Town Operation Management Company is C level,which belongs to the general level,indicating that there is significant room for optimization and improvement in all indicators.The AHP model was used to analyze and evaluate 35 scheme level indicators,including 4 A-level indicators,3 B-level indicators,26C-level indicators,and 2 D-level indicators.The A-level indicator belongs to the category of indicators that perform well,and the company should continue to maintain these four indicators.Suggestions for optimizing the operation and management capabilities of A characteristic cultural and tourism town operation management company were proposed for the three types of indicators of BCD.The research in this article can provide valuable suggestions for relevant departments and also provide useful references for improving the operational management capabilities of other characteristic cultural and tourism town operation management companies.
